Coup de grace buff
Change the activation requirement to each hook from generator completed. Additionally give 2 tokens instead of 1, up to the same maximum of 5 tokens.
A perk like coup de grace should never be in the hands of the survivor team, in addition it is just too weak for what it does. So adding more possible instances of coup de grace means each individual one can be less impactful without being too painful.

I rather se coup as a flat out bonus that increases with each hook instead of tokens, lunge atacks arent that particularly strong to demand tokens, the perk in general its just absurdly weak and poorly designed as it is right now

Lunge attacks can in fact be very strong. Especially on killers that you don't really expect the difference in speed from. For example, all 4.4ms killers are set to 4.6 and then accelerate to 6.9. This means that killers like hag or huntress are surprisingly faster through their lunge and having an extended lunge on top of that can really catch survivors off guard. This is also why wraith was so strong because it only sets killer speed *up to* but killers that exceed that movement speed simply just have a crazy long lunge.

I’m down. It would make it more rewarding and less meme-y.

Hook based, yes. I'd be fine with 1 token still, however.
It should also activate on the active ability button so the killer can choose when the use it and when to just use a normal lunge.

I would make hook based, but only 1. That's still more than double you can possibly gain per game.
2 per hook would be just too strong imo. That effect is not bad at all, it's quite good. Just requirement is bad.
If you gained 2 tokens, you would actually just have extended lunge whole game since first hook. You know, two hits should be downed survivor = more tokens.
Alternative would be 2 tokens per unique hooked survivor. 8 per game is still more than 5, so buff and this way it would help you in early game way more and promotes hooking different survivors, which is always good thing to get from a perk. So that way might be better.

Well I said 2 tokens under the assumption that about half of them would end up wasted for one reason or another, ending up with the 11 or so 'effective' tokens. As well as to make the 'management' of tokens a more pressing concern of the perk.
I'm unclear why killers deserve so few uses of their perks, especially when gated behind avenues of skill (e.g. successfully outplaying, downing, and hooking a survivor).

Hook based would be an interesting change, yeah, but it should stay at 1 token per hook.
The other idea I could see is making it not consume a token unless you pass the regular lunge distance (eg. you're not forced to use quick attacks to conserve tokens).
