I mean... it's sad if you want to it so badly but to be fair that perk is hard to make it work and probably not even worth it unless you play with friends.

The shrine of secrets archive on the wiki shows the last time each perk was in the shrine.

This is your friendly reminder that Cheryl Mason's Soul Guard (released June 16, 2020), locked behind a paywall of Auric Cells or the Silent Hill DLC, has NEVER been on the Shrine of Secrets. That's 541 days, by the way.

I just came here to post about how frustrating the shrine of secrets is getting. I'm looking for the same perk and I've been waiting since I passed it up the last time it appeared.

Yeah, it needs to either be more frequent or have more slots, or something.
