Simple solution to counter SWF
The game needs a separate ranked game mode with promotion and demotion system. The most important aspect of this mode should be SOLO QUE ONLY! If you want to SWF go do in a casual game, ranked should be solo only.

They don't want to try alternate game modes, be it ranked or unique gameplay that changes up survivor task or makes new dynamics, because of a fear of increasing queue times too much.
Tragically, it's the fact that they're failing to balance the game in a way that makes enjoyable options for everyone is what is causing outrageous queue times in the first place. And unless they're willing to take a chance on something like your suggestion, things will never get better. And since retention isn't an option, attrition will eventually outpace new, cross-platform markets.

If it was that simple we would of got some type of alternative or fix by now.

Nope.
Simple solution: killers and solo q's that play with a swf get a bp bonus. 20-25% sounds fair.

They stated during their last Q&A they have no plans to make any other game modes nor split the playerbase with separate queues.

100% bonus BP isn't enough.
You legit couldn't pay me to play vs SWF if given the option. And the developers know if they put SWF in a separate queue no one will play against them.

The counter to swf is to not try hard.
Most swf arent that good at relaying information most of the time. Youd probably be surprised how often the swf you thought you were playing against was just a lobby of good solo players.
To play good as swf you need to be super tactical and most swf are pretty casual. Theyre communicating about non dbd stuff half the time and only really giving each other info that matters every once in a while (im in chase, theyre camping, im on a gen).
If youre being matched against swf that are that focused and tactical then youre probably been playing super sweaty and trying hard for the 4k every match. Just play to have fun and take some Ls every now and again and eventually youll stop seeing so many death squads.
The punishment for those swfs will be long queue times and mediocre matches while the rest of us are vibin and having fun.

I highly doubt you want bp compensation for having a hella unfun and stressful game.

Well, I play against them anyway quite often, so let's say 25% per SWF player and I am happy BP #########. Of course for both soloQ survivor and killer.

If you want to SWF go do in a casual game, ranked should be solo only.
It would help if you had any sound justification for this blanket statement.
If anything, ranked is tryhard grounds by definition. So, the opposite of what you said should happen and ranked should be SWF only. Even though, swf=/=tryhards, but I don't you care about that.
And anyway, how do you handle pre-mades that aren't full? A 3-man wouldn't fit either queue. So, they'd be erased from the game. A duo could only play with another duo, but a 2+2 is actually very different from a 4-man.
Lastly, if you want to segregate queues, you have to use a single standard and do it on killer side as well. Ain't no ######### way you should be allowed to queue up for a guaranteed solo lobby and you bring a meta killer. If you equate swf with broken, so it shall happen on the other side. Feel free to play Nurse/Blight/Spirit against SWFs only. Tryhards with tryhards. Casuals with casuals. Fair.

I have no issues going against SWFs - I like the challenge. Just because 2-3-4 people are playing together does not mean they are good - I have ran into PLENTY of potato SWFs. Conversely I have ran into some amazing solo queue players. Generalizing the skills of a group is just that - a generalization.

Ahaha a different game mode?
Yea sure, maybe in another 5 years they announce that they are "considering" it
