It's a one time use dodge against two powers that have infinite uses... if anything it only buys a few seconds in Nurse's case, and in Blight's case, he's still a 4.6m/s and non-reliant on his power...
I've played both Killers plenty (former rank 1 Nurse main) and I've never had this thought. It's really not that bad.
