Stuck for eternitiy spot on RPD

I don't know how she got there, but I found her stuck on this pile of something as a healthy survivor. Even getting damaged or downed didn't get her unstuck. Killer can not pickup survivor in this spot.

Edit: It is caused by snowmen as they are able to walk into those spots and the pop open with shift or killer attack. Here's a vid: https://youtu.be/0RgY72OFORM

    same map problem for me but a different spot. Jumped in a snow man then was stuck in spot killer knived me and someone healed me but I couldn;t move out of spot and killer couldn't grab me.

    i got stuck in this exact spot when i got into a snowman which had spawned there and then couldnt move out and the killer couldnt grab when he downed me.
