A teaser for the next chapter releasing early, they should do that more often, even if its original. They don't have to give the title, but it would help make speculations easier

Well, if they keep the past two year track record up then the sixth anniversary chapter is probably going to be another video game chapter. Who/what that'll be is 100% in the air for now.... unless they reveal the anniversary chapter a few weeks after The Ringu's chapter release! xD

I was honestly thinking something similar. They've been getting bigger and bigger with their anniversary chapters every year. What's the chapter going to be that's going to outshine a licensed chapter like Ringu? I've been thinking like Alien or Predator or Pennywise, but we'll have to wait to see in about roughly 6 months.

Maybe I'm just not too knowledgeable on the series(I'm really not) but I can't think of any survivor from them that really jumps up and screams "I must be added" so, I think it'll be another single killer with a survivor released shortly afterwards. That's just pure speculation though and, as I said, I don't know much about the franchise so, grain of salt and all that.

The movie has Reiko Asakawa as main protagonist, a young woman. In the book as I understand it this role is ‚played‘ by a man.
from the anniversary we know we will get another survivor this year (4 killers and 5 survivors, while Jill and Leon came together); though it might also be another original survivor a la Mikaela Reid.
