Here's Mine:
Dead hard and dead hard validation: unchanged
Iron will: unchanged
Boon totems: Unchanged
Legion and Ghostface reworks that made them weaker somehow
Some strange weak perk buffs like Pharmacy opening speed bonus now 90% instead of 80
Survivor meta: unchanged
Killer meta: got nerfed
SWF: is not adressed
Blight exploits and Huntress hitboxes: not adressed
Nurse is still Nurse
Pig got nerfed
Artist and her perks got nerfed, especially Grim Embrace

I believe the devs will make it so if you play as a survivor they will literally show up to your doorstep and congratulate you for being an amazing person and if you choose killer they will send you a package that every single person who works at Bhvr has urinated in.

- A bug where the killer can't go in the killer shack by any means (Applies to all maps)

- Pinhead nerf again: Only 2 chains spawn when chain bounding a survivor
- Legion nerf: No longer able to vault pallets
- Ghostface buff reverted, cooldown add-ons remain the same as they are when his base-kit got buffed
- Pig nerfed, again
- Dead Hard and CoH still remain unchanged, but Shadow Step and Exponential get nerfed
- Blight's collision adjusted to make it 10 times worse
- Blight's lag flicks get buffed indirectly
- Another Freddy nerf because ######### it he's still "overperforming" like Pinhead was
- For the actual mid-chapter release: MORE COSMETICSSSSS BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT EVERYONE WANTED!

I just disagree with Huntress Hitboxes as they are fine.
She is already a high skill ceiling killer no need to changes as she is fine for so long.

Yeah they are fine if you play her and not against her. They are definitely not fine if you're survivor. Every time you hear lullaby it's like "well, time for bullshit hatchets again"

I know this is largely satirical, but my legitimate guess would be that we’ll see the Swamp RB update, Legion’s add-ons updated, and maybe some Artist readjustments.

God I hate your predictions, not because they are satirical but because I genuinely expect them to not touch Circle of Healing despite being such unfair garbage.

Very pessimistic take given Plague got a sizeable QoL buff that makes her an actual threat, especially with the CoH meta and hold W being weaker vs her now that the CD is manageable. Same for Trapper, even if he isn't great, his buffs were considerable.
I think GF will forever be a problematic killer unless they actually overhaul him, which is definitely a possibility since they've done this before with Freddy. And while GF isn't as bad as old Freddy, he is overall inconsistent and just falls off in how the game's played.
No idea on Legion, but they have to royally screw up for them to go anywhere but up. I have a strangely good feeling.
CoH will get nerfed, everyone, including survivors, are bringing up how dumb this perk is. I think the boon ranges will also get slapped a little.
Dead Hard won't be changed for a while, unfortunately. I think it's still too difficult for the development team to grasp its issues and find a suitable change to top it off.
I feel like some survivors perks are going to be re-visited as they said they wanted to work more on survivor stuff. Useless perks like Sole Survivor would maybe get an entirely new effect as to complete the rework series on all of Laurie's perks. Which they definitely needed.
Artist might get a light nerf, or this might be for the next full chapter, unsure. I think it might be a little early despite complaints.
Potential map rework, they seriously can't leave some realms untouched still. Especially since the remaining ones are arguably the worst overall maps that aren't very recent (Swamp, Red Forest, Haddonfield).
Announcement on new Prestige features or working on reducing the grind. It's been talked about by devs and others associated with BHVR for a bit and if we don't get a change, we may at least get some information this patch.
The last mid-patch was done great, so I'm a little more optimistic with the work put in there.

Latency plays a part but her hitboxes are actual beachballs for an object that is not a beachball. If the hatchets had blades attached to the sides I'd get it but considering bhvr went from sphere to very pinpoint accurate, then reverted to spear (without trying the option of a cylinder on live) they're absolutely not fine.
Look at Trickster and slinger, then look at her. Her hitboxes are so different to her projectile shape it's actually sad.

The only actual prediction I have is I think next mid-chapter patch is when they would normally schedule a balance pass for Mikaela and her perks since it’s about three months after release. And with her I suspect they might tone down Circle of Healing. I don’t know if they’ll do anything with Shadowstep or Clairvoyance either way since neither of those perks garners as much vitriol as Circle of Healing. It’s possible they’ll tweak the overall Boon system too, if they determine there’s an issue with how long it takes to place or snuff Boons for example or they want to tweak the radiuses of the individual Boon perks, but it’s not obvious to me anything really needs to change there in any major way. (There are some questions about if the radius is too big for indoor maps, for instance, so maybe they’d shrink it a bit? Note that each Boon perk lists a specific radius so I’m assuming they also can make different Boons have different ranges, but that’s just my reading of it.)
They may also hot-fix any major issues that have cropped up in the Artist chapter, like possible broken spots on Eyrie or if there’s something not working right with her ability. We probably won’t see an actual full balance pass on Artist for another few months though.
A dark horse candidate is I keep reading that they hinted about a Legion pass or revamp as well being in the works, so who knows, maybe mid chapter could be Mikaela and Legion?

They've announced they were working on Legion and Ghostface for the next mid-chapter. So yeah. Now, a total rework? Maybe not. But some part certainly will be to make them actually functional. Right know they're both pitiful.

My prediction: 90% survivor buffs, 10% killer nerfs.

Grind changes I expect. Of course, probably related to Prestige only but who knows.
As Ghostface and Legion are about to get reworks, I don't think other killers will get either buff or nerf.
Hopefully looking for DH's validation visual bug fix and decent buffs on perks no one ever try to use.

I hope Legion and Ghost Face are gonna get their promised changes, since they suck and their power is very limited in gameplay.
Boon nerfs which I'm fine with, maybe self care buff in return or something.
Useless perk buffs or rework which makes them very useful in gameplay.
A new base kit mechanic for killer that will reward them for getting different survivor on hook every time. Like idk haste effect for 12 seconds, reduced cooldown on miss attacks etc. something that will reward a fair and awesome playstyle other than camping, slugging and tunneling.

Isn’t that a good thing though? Survivors perks suck they need better perks. Also you say 10% killer nerf where in that same update they buffed trapper and plague. Plague is much better and a stronger killer and trapper while not a huge buff was still a great change and he got great addons

No Dead hard changes - Literally just need to remove the distance it generates and some validation issues. Would bring it in line with the other exhaustion perks.
More Unintentional Twins nerfs depending if they allow Victor to snuff totems. Let's face it, they won't.
Some Artist nerf even though she's fine.
Some nerf to jonah's overcome maybe.

They need a better way to judge performance.
Half the time when I play freddy or artist people don't try. All the information they get is dead or escape. If they don't try people die and the numbers get skewed. I've stopped trying to play them because I don't enjoy having two people just off themselves off the bat.

That last part sounds so cool. I try to play fair by not camping or tunneling and that reward is good enough for me. And I want a prestige system that’s more rewarding🙏

Killers like Trapper needed those changes for years, and they still managed to introduce some screwed up/weak add-ons. An add-on to your power not letting you pick up your own traps never fails to make me laugh. But I think Tru3 recently described exactly how nerfs and buffs on perks go. When killer has strong perks, those perks get nerfed so that there's more perk variety. When survivor has strong perks, their weaker perks get buffed so that there's more perk variety. There's a pattern of that in many of this game's updates.

There are hitboxed like trown on feet when survivor turn around ... it's not bug or big it's by design your feet stay there after when you run. (sorry english is not my main).
There is already Dead Hard that punish her too much and strong wall loops and indoor maps are a pain.

Swamp will now be in broad daylight and feature several unnecessary breakable walls, but otherwise be exactly as miserable as it was before.

- Artist nerf, even though she already got a significant nerf right out of the PTB
- No change to boons
- No change to the false-hit visual bug
- Nerfs to more commonly used killer perks like Tinkerer or Corrupt Intervention because "we see people using it too often" like why the nerfed Pop Goes The Weasel.
- No nerfs to commonly used survivor perks like Dead Hard or Adrenaline, despite seeing 1-4 of them in every lobby every time.
- No change to the laundry list of awful killer addons that provide zero game bonus.
- Nerfs to a handful of killer addons that actually DO provide a game bonus.
- A minor tweak to Ghost face OR Legion (probably not both) that is a slight buff but totally misses the point of why these killers struggle to do anything.
