Winter event rewards not being rewarded anymore after latest 5.4.2 patch

After the latest update (5.4.2 bugfix), seems the winter rewards are not being given anymore. Still missing two, and have already escaped several times now with the snowy sparkles, and even exited inside a snowman through the gates, and nothing.

Before this patch, every time I did escape with the snowy sparkles, I got a reward, 100% chance.
