Reduce survivor movement 10% when hurt and exhaustion perks only work when hurt.

    1. no 2. its an idea that's only being tested for the PTB, and I 100% gaurentee you that it isn't making it into the full game.

    Then you really won't like my idea that survivors should still be on the ground when taken off the hook.
