Surv perks
Why surv has perks?
1 a killer waste 4/5 sec after a missed hit
2 a killer waste 4/5 sec after a succeful hit
3 after a successuful hit surv speed up ( + at least 3 dash perks)
4 surv can drop pallets stunning and blocking the way
5 surv can stun killer coming out from lockers ( why?)
6 they have objects in limitless copies
7 they are 4 vs 1
8 They can be clones
9 they can speed vault pallets and windiows
10 THEY CAN [BAD WORD] TALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my humble opinion is :
1 surv are the core users
2 DBD background is : the mist ( or the entity) just want to punish the worst killers in the world(s)

BTW the answr ; " Cause does are the rules of game " as simple as is not acceptable I just want someone capable of argue abot that ; I´ve listed only 10 BIG advantage every surv has agains the killers can you list at least 5 advantage killers have against surv?

you are not a native English speaker and your question is not as simple to understand as you may think. Your post is actually very confusing.
as to your question, this game is an asymmetrical game, you can’t directly compare survivor perks to killer perks or say they have too much in numbers. The balance is mainly off and favoring survivors when you look at matches where the survs actually know what they are doing and are experienced. But balancing has to consider other lesser experienced players.

Survivors have perks because without them they wouldn't have a progression system and the game would die rapidly?

You have listed things that not all survivors have access to. They are still limited in what perks they can use and not everyone plays with Voicechat/in SWF
and to stuff killers have over survs:
- killers can injure and down survivors
- Killers can hook and kill survivors eliminating them completely out of the game
- killers can decide to camp a surv on hook and deny any rescue or force another hook
- killers have also a variety of strong and viable perks against survivors, for gen regression, insta downs etc
- killers can mind game survivors at loops to get hits
- killers are (with exception of Nurse) faster than survivors
should I go on?

sorry prof. i missed an "H" ( context means nothing in some conuntries)..... surv can they can easily win without perks so why they should have perks?

You didn’t just miss an ‚H‘, most of your sentences don’t make any sense.
and I have seen killers winning easily without any perks as well. That’s not an argument. Stop focusing on only the bad matches.
