New Killer: The Hazard

Killer Data

Overview: An explosive Killer, able to use his ability to push Survivors away from certain areas. His personal perks allow him to keep track of Survivors while keeping them in a disadvantageous position.

Appearance: A mutated, blighted man wearing a cloak and vest. His main weapon is a shovel.

Speed: 115% (4.6 m/s)

Terror Radius: 32 meters

Height: Tall

Primary Power: Landmine

The Hazard gets 4 landmines that can be placed anywhere on the ground, by holding the power button for 1 second. Landmines make a small beeping noise once they're placed, that can be heard within a 3 meter radius of them, though it is incredibly quiet outside of a 1 meter radius. Once all four are placed, no more can be put down until they are detonated. Landmines can be picked back up by clicking the power button while standing on top of them. The Hazard can see the auras of all placed landmines in white.

All landmines can be detonated by holding the Active Ability Button for 0.5 seconds (this does not slow down the Hazard). The explosions cover a 2 meter radius, injuring any Survivor within that range while also breaking any nearby pallets and breakable walls.

If the Hazard is within detonation range, he will explode and launch forwards at 245% (9.8 m/s) speed for up to 3 seconds, though both a basic attack and the power button can cancel it. Turning is not compromised by this.

Once this launch ends, the Hazard falls onto the ground for 1 second before getting up, taking a total of 2.5 seconds before he can move again. He can attack during the launch, but doing so will result in the same stun time regardless of if the attack hit or missed.

Landmines can be disabled for 30 seconds by Survivors, by doing a 3 second channel with 1 tremendously difficult skill check. Missing a skill check will cause the landmine to detonate, injuring the Survivor if they were healthy, or breaking the Survivor for 40 seconds if they were injured. This cannot down a Survivor.

Add-ons
  • Decreases the time it takes to place a Landmine by 0.1/0.2/0.3 seconds.
  • Decreases the time it takes to place a Landmine that has been placed before by 0.5 seconds.
  • Increases the Hazard's speed by 0.2/0.4/0.6 m/s for 1 second after detonating landmines. Increases the time it takes to detonate the landmines by 0.2 seconds.
  • For every pallet/breakable wall destroyed within the base range of a landmine's explosion, the radius of all detonating landmines increases by an additional 0.25 meters.
  • Decreases the time a landmine is disabled by 4/6/8 seconds.
  • Increases the number of landmines that can be placed by 1/2. Increases the time it takes to detonate landmines by 0.4 seconds.
Iridescent Add-ons
  • Iridescent Wire: While looking at a placed landmine, its aura goes from white to red. Detonating will only detonate landmines shown in red. Only one landmine can be shown in red at a time. Decreases the time it takes to detonate a landmine by 0.2 seconds. Decreases the radius of a landmine by 0.2 meters.
  • Scorched Gas Mask: Increases the radius of a landmine by 2 meters. Landmines detonate immediately upon pressing the Active Ability Button. Survivors hit by a landmine are Hindered by 15% for 5 seconds, but not injured. Increases the radius at which the beeping emitting from the landmines can be heard by 3 meters.

Perks

Scourge Hook: Methodical

Despite your circumstance, you haven't forgotten how to keep track of things.

At the start of a Trial, 4 random hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks. The auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white. While a Survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook, any Survivor that interacts with a Dull or Hex Totem has their aura revealed until they are no longer interacting with that Totem, and for 6/8/10 seconds afterwards.

Vehement

When people break your #########, you get annoyed. As anyone should.

When a Hex Totem is cleansed, this perk gains 2 tokens (max. 2/3/4). 1 token is lost each time a Survivor is downed.

2 Tokens: All Survivors have a 8% reduction in vaulting speeds.

3 Tokens: All Survivors that are repairing a generator or searching a chest have their auras revealed for as long as they're doing so.

4 Tokens: All Survivors that are healing or mending have their auras revealed for as long as they're doing so outside of your terror radius.

Hex: Diffusion

Your job was to both light the fuse, and put it out.

When you hit a Survivor with a basic attack, they lose all positive effects and the duration of any negative effects they have is increased by 4/8/12 seconds.

New Survivor: "MIMI"

Gender: Female

Eye Color: Orange

Hair Color: Blue

Overview: Mimi is an impulsive technician, with her personal perks rewarding her for never staying in one place.

Perks

Mania

For 4 seconds after a Survivor is hooked, you run at 150% speed. After these 4 seconds, you're Exhausted for 60/50/40 seconds. Exhaustion does not recover while running. This cannot be used while Exhausted.

"Hey, take a look at this guy! Unfortunate situation, huh?"

Wayward Whim

Once every 60/40/20 seconds, the aura of one random generator, totem, or chest that's over 24 meters from you is shown to you. For the next 15 seconds, you repair/cleanse/search that object 50% faster. Objects shown by this perk are marked on a map, if you're holding one.

"What, I thought it'd be fun."

Incalculable

Your movements during a trial are so erratic not even your own aura can keep up.

When your aura is shown to the Killer, this perk activates. While this perk is active, your aura will randomly appear and disappear anywhere within 8/12/16 meters of you at random intervals (between 0.5 seconds and 2 seconds).

    Change Log (courtesy of QTASTIC):

    • Reworked Scourge Hook: Methodical.
    • Reworked Vehement.
    • Removed the first effect of Hex: Diffusion.
    • Altered values of Incalculable.

    Additional Note:

Mania lasts as long as Smash Hit, since they're both more niche than your Lithes and Sprint Bursts out there, which both last 3 seconds.
