We have so much anti-loop killers, so usually you will face with them. You can not do anything about this.
Trapper - Weakest anti-loop killer. Not even threat. Easy match usually.
Nurse - Boring and annoying. It does not matter baby Nurse or god Nurse, booooooring!
Hag - I hate Hag, i am glad she is not popular.
Huntress - My fav anti-loop (range) killer. I love to play against her. But they should fix her hitboxes.
Freddy - Weak anti-loop but okey i guess. But kinda weak, is not he?
Clown - Underrated killer. He has good anti-loop, i love to play against him.
Plague - When she has power, she is anti-loop killer. But you can ignore if you don't cleanse.
Demo - Solid map mobility and solid anti-loop. Not weak, not op and not boring. I love Demo boi.
Deathslinger - After nerf, he is still solid. I am facing with so much good Slinger players. I am not enjoying against him but he is okey.
Pyramid Head - I love this killer so much. He is fun to play against.
Twins - Boring to play as or against. I don't like their design.
Trickster - Please remove from game. We don't wanna him. Send him to hell.
Nemesis - One of the my mains. I love to play against this big boi. He is fun for me.
Pinhead - He has worst anti-loop power probably. But him passive is makes him solid. But anti-loop? He has hard and weak power.
Artist - Last killer. She has great anti-loop and solid map pressure. My new main. I love to play against her but she is not popular too. I don't know why no one playing her. Sad face :(

I’m more tired of how many BHVR release. They clearly found the formula they think is good design even though it’s unfun for both sides
That’s not going to stop me from maining clown though

Thats all you ll get, see ya !

Hahahaha... oh, wait, they're serious, aren't they... oh, my...

I think BHVR keeps making anti-loop Killers because there's so many effing loops in the game that any OTHER type of Killer is basically screwed.
Survivors can run a loop for 15+ seconds, drop the pallet, and be halfway to the next loop & pallet before the Killer circles around/destroys the first pallet.
And if the Killer does not break the first pallet, the Survivor can run back thataway after the second pallet drop, or decide to go for a third pallet.
Basically, this game is Looped By Daylight, and anti-loop Killers are all that can compete with competent Survivors with 16 second chance/chase-extending perks per match.

Translation:
”booo I can’t run the killer for 5 gens, too OP please fix”

Unfun for both sides?
Nah, I definitely have more fun playing as killers with anti loop. Better than getting clowned on as Myers.
5 -
You're complaining that you have to play the game, basically.
20 -
Maybe try this cool new thing everyones doing called Shift W.
1 -
TO be fair, you have absolutely no idea how much killers genuinely hate being looped.
6 -
I agree, Ghostface and Myers needs additions to their powers so that loops don't destroy their ability to play the game
4 -
It's definitely the most lazy killer designs
1 -
Imagine needing to put thought into playing against a killer.
2 -
This sounds like you would have a lot more fun playing killer instead!
Enjoy!
12 -
For some reason I don't feel bad for you at all.
It's good that you DC that often, at least noone has to play with you... There is enough survivors, so I see 0 loss here.
4 -
Someone has never played Deathslinger... ^^
And I doubt you have seen any of them since first week after his execution. Maybe someone was doing challenge with removed killer. He is not worst killer in dbd, but he is not fun to play. He is clumsy, less unique, less fun, worse, extra limited Huntress.
5 -
Not only are you destroying the gaming experience of your fellow players, but you're also being punished with a DC penalty and ultimately getting nothing out of it. This kind of thing leads nowhere and no one is helped by such an attitude.
1 -
Have you not seen all of the posts complaining about survivors just holding W and running in a straight line? Killers hate pretty much anything that survivors do. Unfortunately, it's the only thing survivors can really do against these killers.
1 -
So you're that guy who DC because of someone playing a character available in the game, I see.
By all means, keep DCing until your penalty is 6 months. The less players like that in my lobbies, the better
6 -
Blame how maps are terribly designed for M1 killers and enjoy going against anti-loop killers more.
5 -
Maybe try Civ?
2 -
me too!!!!!! you speak for all of us

I don't have an issue with anti-loop itself. Nurse is my favorite killer to play against by far. I have a problem when the game is reduced to pre-drop+hold W or die if the killer is played well.
Killers shouldn't be able to essentially zone for free. If they do it correctly, they land a hit either way. It's the problem with designing killers around low skill. Take the Artist for instance. If the Artist is any good, they are holding M2 as you approach a pallet and they set a crow as the survivor passes through. If the survivor pre-drops, they potentially eat a crow during the animation lock or have to play a tile with a crow already set. They have to hope the killer simply misses. If they don't pre-drop, the pallet is unplayable due to the crow. It's a free M1 or easy crow hit. I literally get free M1s without ever firing the crow. She's braindead.
Demo kind of has this issue as well. Charge the shred and the survivor zones themself or eats a shred. If the killer is any good, you get hit. You have to pre-throw most pallets against a good Demo. It's braindead gameplay.

Thank you. Took words right out of my mouth. I would take a looper over Hold W/Leave loop or stealth all day long. I see this every game as Artist....drop pallet, I try to place crow, they gone in opposite direction to next pallet.....Boring as ######### and I rarely get to play with crows outside of tracking. When I get downs with crows I get butterflies like when I hit a nasty shot with Huntress.

And those killers are sick of playing loopable killers.
7 -
I´m so sick of looping survivors they make the game so unfun.
5 -
Same here. I dont mind anti loop at all, but it's getting quite boring and unoriginal.
I wish they'd do more original powers like the Twins, but hopefully not as garbage.
3 -
Yeah and BHVR have shown they can make good anti loop killers. Huntress and demo are considered fun by the majority of the player base despite shutting down loops very well.
It’s when BHVR decides to be lazy and make killers like nemesis and trickster is where I have a problem
0 -
Im more tired of seeing BHVR trying to fix problems in the game with killer powers and perks tbh
3 -
I do lol i have 5k hrs into this game I've played both killer and survivor

"anti loop killers are unfun for both sides"
No, they're unfun for survivors.
That's like me saying "dead hard is unfun for both sides". No, it's unfun for killers.
11 -
I don’t know about that. Is deathslinger fun for killers anymore? How about trickster?
These killers aren’t good but are still unfun for survivors due to the way they are made.

So you are just trying the same type of "looping" against all Killers and dislike those who demand a different approach because you like the repetitive M1 gameplay?
Just wondering. Because I like most "anti-loop" Killers as they need a different form of counter. You can not loop a Blight the same way you loop a Wraith, a Pyramide Head the same way as an Artists and so on. This keeps the game fresh for me as I need to play in a different way each time.
For me as a survivor this is fun.
2 -
Using ur head is unfun?
7 -
Huntress antiloop hey which universe im now?
0 -
The real one? She does shut down loops by throwing hatchets it’s pretty simple
0 -
As far as I'm concerned most of these "anti-looping killers" have clear strengths and weaknesses to their powers and have their own way of being countered or strategy involved to get good use out of. So really I don't think there's much problem there and I like more traditional killers like Pig but we gotta be honest with ourselves here, when you're playing pig you're gonna be spending at least 70% of the match just eating pallets anyway which isn't terribly exciting if you ask me. Making pallets something that but survivors and killers can contest over is much better than just running around something twice before dropping on it or praying to god the survivor isn't smart enough to notice your doubleback.

Ha Ha Ha. I heard about this forum post post from Tru3ta1ents recent video.
Don't worry guys just keep complaining about them like you always do and eventually they will nerf them all to the ground so you can run them for 5 gens and tbag and click at them in the end.
The community is gonna be the death of this game its only a matter of time
0 -
Bunch of casual idiots all in the same place eh? Anyone who thinks like this doesn't play both sides or you do play both sides but are not "efficient" at playing Killer so you wouldn't understand.
0 -
I LOVE TO PLAY AGAINST NURSE, all the strategy you have to do survive, even though I usually lose is funny
0 -
well yeah because looping is boring
0 -
Being looped almost indefinitely isn't much fun either.
The problem is map design and endless free pallets, or tile combos with vault into pallet into vault into gym then back to the original vault.
The reason low tier killers tend to be considered low tier is usually their lack of effective anti-looping tools.
3 -
I definitely agree with you.
I am from a time when the majority of the killer cast could be looped in the regular manner.
And I would liked if it had stayed that way.
1 -
I don't think it would have worked. Now, even intermediate survivors are sophisticated enough to know how to use strong loops - and on killers without anti-loop is can be amazingly hard to even get a hit.
Like it or hate it, that's the arms race we have now. Killer powers versus maps.
2 -
It worked back then.
I played against killer that absolutely dominated teams and they had no chase powers.
It would work now.
0 -
I think it worked back then because people weren't as savvy about how to loop as they are now.
Plus - I don't think it's realistic. You'd have to redesign basically every killer from scratch.
2 -
Survivors: Anti-Loop Killers are unfun for both sides!
Killers: Umm, we don't find Anti-Loop Killers unfun to play as.
Survivors: We said 'Anti-Loop Killers are unfun for both sides!'
5 -
Yes, they were.
And the loops were actually a bit stronger. It was perfectly possible to deal with them back then as it would be perfectly possible to deal with then now.
I speak from experience.
And your last point makes no sense at all. That was how the game was originally designed.
That is how it should stay.
