The addons that speed up victor emerging from charlotte and wakes her up faster should be the default.

That's pretty ez.
When you play as Victor, Charlotte could simply be played by Ai than just simply staying like a statue and vice versa.
When Victor downs the survivor, player instantly returns to Charlotte and have a chance to hook their prey, while Victor Ai could in the mean time pressure other survivors.
Ai will never go hunt the same survivor in the meantime like player.

Oh and of course add-on pass. Most of their addons are basically useless compared to common and uncommon ones

Considering the ai's movement for the zombies is clunky at best,i'm not sure I want that to be an option.

I want them to feel like a dynamic duo.
I actually have fun using both Twins simultaneously; I tend to pair Charlotte with perks that give her a "killer power" like Bamboozle, Starstruck, Brutal, Sloppy etc.
It's fun bamboozling shack Window andthen bodyblock a door. Where you plannin on goin, buddy?

When you select Twins the game automatically picks another Killer at the start of the match, this way nobody suffers and everyone is a winner.
This could also apply for maps, everytime RPD gets selected you are sent to a random McMillan map.

I'd probably give the option to switch back to Charlotte from Victor during the post-hit fatigue. It'd make them feel less clunky while reducing slugging. Two birds, one stone, hopefully.

I would like Twins to be the first killer that me and my friend can play together as. One as Charlotte, one as victor. Comms.
As they are now, I would like all Victor hits, healthy or injured survivor to result in a switch back to Charlotte. Or for a mechanic where Charlotte reappears closer after downing a survivor. The hooking phase for Twins is a core issue in my opinion.
Victor should be able to vault windows because of the Haddonfield / two story house issue.
I would recommend an addon pass as well since their current addons do not feel impactful enough. I appreciate about six of them. The Hemmorhage addon buffed to include mangled.

make picking up survivors after downing them not so garbage and tone it down with all the fatigues and cooldowns. you spend eight seconds in fatigue after landing a successful hit, that is almost half the time it takes for the survivor to get picked up and by the time charlotte has enough momentum and speed to get to the downed survivors they're almost always back up again.
they won't have to slug so much if they weren't getting punished for actually playing well and wanting to hook survivors.
5 seconds of just standing around waiting for the cooldown, then 3 seconds more just waiting for charlotte to wake up and get her speed back.
every survivor has 3 health state, assuming you always hook people and don't slug. that's
3 * 4 = 12, thats 12 times you should be picking up a survivor assuming you have a decent long match.
12 * 8 seconds. thats well over 96 seconds spent just waiting for the cooldown and for charlotte to wakeup and get to the survivors. and you can add more time if the survivors actually managed to get each other up or they have unbreakable.

It would be really interesting if this was how Legion worked. Two killer avatars, one is always controlled by AI, and the other by the human player, and you can freely swap between them.

I've heard this idea and while it sounds neat I'd prefer if Charlotte and Victor just stay where I left them. I use Charlotte to block doorways and loops for map control, and I use Victor as a lookout for gens I want to keep protected or slugged survivors. Plus I've already seen how the AI plays with Nemesis zombies and how frustrating they can be.
Honestly all the twins really need is faster swap times. Waking up as Charlotte feels so clunky. Also I personally think Victor should apply exhaust to survivors without an add-on.
The twins aren't in an awful place, it's just the game as a whole is in a state currently where if you aren't playing a top-tier killer with a meta build you're gonna have a lot of games where a 4k is nearly impossible without playing perfectly, and even then it might not be doable.

Make it so killer can invite a friend to be Victor. That'd be pretty awesome.

Successful pounce hits on injured survivors back to 3 seconds.
Instant switching from Victor to Charlotte, no 3 second wake up BS.
Victor now applies broken on downed survivors for 20 seconds, meaning they can't be healed before you get to them with Charlotte. To compensate, Victor automatically switches to Charlotte upon getting a down, if Charlotte is more than 32m away from Victor, she gains a haste effect for a short time. - This solves the slugging with Victor but also gives value back in return with securing a down more easily.
Victor now causes erratic movement when attached to a survivor. - To encourage survivors to crush and to devalue Holding W while Victor is attached.
Victor can now snuff totems.
To encourage frequent switching, whatever twin is Dormant now lashes out at survivors within 2-3m of the dormant Twin, similar to a zombie's attack range and detection. Helps at loops too.
A passive or additional power for Charlotte to enhance a tag team play style.
Fix Victor validation and invisible collision.
Allow a selection of Perks that can proc with Victor such as Jolt.
Add-on pass to include better add-ons for Victor and include new add-ons for Charlotte for her new passive / ability.

Eh they're in awful place. They're useless at high mmr and strong against new players. This is why no one plays them, because their current power is very limited and promotes slugging. This is why you don't see so many twins mains. Their power is very, very underwhelming and by their in-game description they're supposed to divide and hunt together.

Victor should be able to t-bag survivors that he downs.
Charlotte should be able to grab on to Victor and launch him at survivors like a missile.

2 things to make me happy:
-Let me swap to Charlotte during fatigue
That would fix their nerf.
-Let Victor snuff boons
Boons will not be that annoying for them.

Allow switching to Charlotte during the 5s cool down on a successful pounce on an injured Survivor.
Allow Victor to be recalled while idle.
Those are the 2 main things.

They need a lot of work, but they could really use some small Quality of Life changes such as allowing Victor to vault windows to start.

Revert their nerf to the stun time after downing someone with victor, give you the option to switch immediately after downing someone, make some of their addons to actually be useful. And update the "shriek radius" addons to be less confusing. Cause whats the point of increasing the shriek radius while controlling victor, that just lets you hear him from farther.

Nothing big, some small tweaks to the cooldwon and switch duration, hitbox fixes and thats it. They are totally fine as they are.

- Charlotte's fatigue needs to be reduced and switching back and forth from her to Victor needs to be MUCH faster.
- Victor's collision with literally every evironmental object needs to be improved, especially pallets and vaults. Whenever I try to leap over them I either hit it and get stunned or fly 2x further than I should've.
- Revert cooldown nerf PLEASE
- Addons need a pass

I find most people just use Victor to guard the totems which can get you screwed because crouching blocks the instinct if I remember but I find that Victor has way to long of a cool down if he hits an object so lower the cool down by a bit.

At least flip the 5 second stun thing. One of the dumbest things I find about the twins is that even if victor misses with that giant beachball hitbox, he'll fly so far that he'll recover before he can get curb stomped.
Why the twins are punished for successfully downing, I dont know.

To follow the trailer, I would make Victor to be the first one attack and Charlotte to down. In gameplay, Victor is the first one to attack has too many downside (lose control Victor) over having him to down survivors (can down multiple survivors, can track blood)
Controlling Charlotte:
- M1: basic attack
- M2: Press M2 to make him stand still. Press M2 again to order Victor to follow her. If he's further than 16m away from her, he will run straight to her, reveal kill instinct if there are Survivors on his path. If he's in 16m radius to her and there is also a Survivor in the zone, Victor will auto run directly to them and show Charlotte killer instinct. Victor will not attack if you controlling Charlotte.
- 2nd ability: Unbind Victor and control him, or change control to Victor
Controlling Victor:
- Hold M2 to charge pounce, M1 to attack. Success pouncing a survivor will make them injured, unable to do anything even drop pallet / vault windows. Victor can not down survivors.
- Charlotte will follow Victor in 50% speed and will homing to a Survivor if they're too close to her, Charlotte will attack Survivor if in range (similar to Zombies)
- 2nd ability: change control to Charlotte.
The shift between controlling Victor and Charlotte is almost immediately, but it takes alot of time for Victor to respawn again.

Mine are simple:
1) remove that annoying cooldown on successful hits.
2) don't allow such ez camping. If Victor is close to hook, return him to Charlotte after the survivor is placed.
Maybe some extra undetectable to Charlotte after returning to her? Kinda like what Demo got.
