Winter “Bonechill” over so soon?
It seems as if the “Bonechill” event just started. Why did you end it so soon?

It started on the 9th and ended on the 23rd that's two weeks I wouldn't call that soon but ok

Adding some snowman textures to the map, thats not called an event but hey.

it was barely an event anyways, had a couple nice looking hooks and gens, a free endurance mechanic for survivors around the map (damn snowmen) and a barely functioning daily reward system and that was about it.

If you ask me, the event went on too long. It took only a few hours to get all the event items and then it was just business as usual for the next 13 days. I'm not saying it should have been a day, but 2 weeks was long.

Two weeks is nothing if you only play several times a week, but okay.

There were like 10 cosmetics total. Two weeks is plenty for ten games.

I'm glad it's gone tbh

I think most of us got all the rewards the first day. I barely saw people using snowman or memeing around them.

Me seeing that this horribly balanced event is over:

Thank God. Once everyone had the cosmetics, the only thing what was left were Survivors abusing the snowman's because for some reason they acted as a 3rd healthstate.

Hope they add a offering that spawns in a snowman into the trial

Feels a bit strange to play on Christmas Eve and the festive theme isn't there anymore.
There will be people complaining about EVERY event, but having absolutely nothing seasonal last year was highly disappointing. I hope the devs take the positivity there has been and do another one next year. I know most of us got the presents in the first couple of days but it made a refreshing change from the tomes.

I think it's because the options were either end it on the 23rd so if something bricked then they had a day to fix it, or leave it running till like January 4th. Had hey ended it between and something had bricked itself nobody would be working and the game would be unplayable over the holiday period, which for a game is about the worst thing possible.
And before you say that it isn't possible that setting the event to auto disable on the 25th could brick the game, I'd like to point you to literally every other bug in the game that we didn't think was possible to occur.

They could have left the snowy lobbys and the lights on the hooks and lockers etc. It seems silly to end a Christmas event before we even get to Christmas.

Couldn’t end soon enough for killers. Giving survivors even more 2nd chances than they already have with the snowmen without giving killers some kind of buff as well was an insane decision by the devs. Game is already imbalanced enough. I definitely appreciate the attempt to add something different to the game, but it’s clear there was little regard for its impact on game balance

Rip Fives. Honestly my favourite clone. Couldn't agree more though. The amount of times I was able to get a free health state as the snowmen is kinda ridiculous, lol.

Yeah, killer mains complaining from the first 5 minutes of the event.
Snowmen OP. 😒
