T'was The Night He Came Home
I meant to post this on Christmas, but I completely forgot that I had even made it.
Any who, here it is. I hope you all enjoy! Merry Belated Christmas!
T'was The Night He Came Home
T’was the night before Christmas,
And all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring.
Not even a mouse.
Then suddenly a creek, a crack, and even a jingle.
On the night before Christmas,
Could this sound be Kris Kringle?
Little Laurie Strode,
All tucked in her bed,
Snuck out from her covers
To see if it was Santa who tread.
Down the hallway, she crept,
Quite light on her toes.
She gave a slight shiver
That rose up to her nose.
As she turned the corner
Into the room,
She glimpsed a shape by the tree.
Saint Nick, she presumed.
She started excitedly
Before stopping abrupt.
She looked down at the floor.
T’was a body she bumped.
She let out a shriek,
And fell down on her bum.
Then she looked up and saw him.
The boogeyman had come.
