New Killer: The Bandit

Overview: The Bandit is a silent Killer, capable of appearing and disappearing at a moment's notice. Her personal perks reward her for precision and timing, but offer little in instant disruption.
Appearance: A woman wearing a cloak, using a dagger as her weapon.
Speed: 110% (4.4 m/s)

Primary Power: Silent Waltz
While holding the power button, Silent Waltz will activate.
While active, the Bandit is able to move at 8.8 9.8 m/s for up to 3 seconds (this has a maximum range of 29.4 meters), while completely invisible. The Bandit cannot see Survivors during this time (but can see Killer Instinct), and her actual model will continue moving at its base speed in the direction it was going.
Once the power button is no longer held, or the 3 seconds are over, a silhouette of the Bandit only visible to herself will appear where Silent Waltz was ended.
After 3 seconds, the Bandit will appear at the place the silhouette was placed. There is no way to cancel this. When the Bandit appears at the silhouette, a quiet noise can be heard within 8 meters of where she appeared, and the Bandit becomes Undetectable for 3 seconds.
Silent Waltz has a cooldown of 15 10 seconds.
Secondary Power: Bandit's Secret
The Bandit can search chests, taking 2 seconds as opposed to a Survivor's 10 seconds. Items gained through this are stored in a bag the Bandit carries. The Bandit can also pick up items from the ground.
Holding the Active Ability Button will have the Bandit take out the most recently stored item and alter it, before placing it on the ground. This process takes a total of 4 seconds per item, during which time the Bandit can move at 2 m/s.
Altered items will use up charges 20% faster, and when used will mark the Survivor using them with Killer Instinct. Altered items can be placed either in an open chest or on the ground.
A max of 4 items can be bagged at a time (the number is marked by an indicator on the power icon).
The Bandit can also hide in an open chest by holding the Active Ability Button near it, taking a total of 2 seconds before the Bandit becomes Undetectable. A chest is closed while the Bandit is in it, but cannot be opened.
While in a chest, the Bandit can still use Silent Waltz, but its maximum use time is shortened by 1 second. Getting out of the chest manually takes 3 seconds.
Add-ons
- Increases the maximum duration of Silent Waltz by 0.33/0.66/1 second(s).
- Decreases the time it takes to take place of the silhouette by 0.33/0.66/1 second(s).
- Decreases the cooldown of Silent Waltz by 0.75/1.75/2.75 seconds.
- Decreases the time it takes to search a chest by 0.2/0.4/0.6 seconds.
- Decreases the time it takes to alter an item by 0.4/0.8/1.2 seconds.
- Increases the amount of time Silent Waltz can be used while hiding in a chest by 0.5/0.75/1 second(s).
- Survivors holding an altered item become Exposed/Exhausted/Hindered by 10% at the start of a chase, with this effect lasting for 10 seconds.

The key to your past life, unfortunately it doesn't work here.
While hiding in a chest, the auras of all other open chests are revealed to you in white. While looking directly at one of the auras, it will be highlighted in red. Holding the Active Ability Button will have the Bandit teleport to the highlighted chest and jump out of it in a 2 second animation, with the Undetectable status effect lasting for 5 seconds afterwards.
The Bandit cannot alter items.
Iridescent Book
The best gift you could ever have been given.
Silent Waltz has no cooldown, but when used while a silhouette exists, it will start where the silhouette is. Survivors within 12 meters of the silhouette are marked by Killer Instinct while using Silent Waltz, as well, but while using Silent Waltz, the Bandit moves at 4.6 m/s rather than 9.8 m/s.
The Bandit will never appear from the silhouette, but can attack Survivors while using Silent Waltz.
Perks
Hex: Hindrance
Breaking down your opposition over time is grueling, but oh so rewarding.
While this Hex remains standing, great skill checks grant 0% progression to a generator.
When a Survivor is hooked, this perk gains 1 Token (max 4/5/6). For each Token, a good skill check will result in a 2% loss in progress while repairing a generator. For 3 seconds afterwards, the generator's progress is stalled for all who are currently working on it.
Dexterous
They think they're quick, and yet you're so much quicker.
For 3 seconds after vaulting a window, you move 10% faster.
This has a cooldown of 80/60/40 seconds.
This does not stack.
Scourge Hook: Stygian
Cold and callused, just as you were meant to be.
At the start of a Trial, 4 random hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks. The auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white.
Each time you hook a Survivor on a Scourge Hook for the first time, this perk gains 1 Token (max 2/3/4). When a Survivor is unhooked from a Scourge Hook, that hook is no longer treated as a Scourge Hook. Per Token, you can see the auras of Survivors for 1 second after they complete an action.
New Survivor: Hannah Monroe
Overview: Hannah is caring but prone to outbursts, with her personal perks rewarding swapping styles of play to suit the situation.
Perks
Concentrate
After being in a chase for 40/30/20 seconds, this perk activates for one use. When you heal another Survivor without using a med-kit, you will heal them 33% faster.

Boon: Bonfire
A constant reminder of your goal motivates you to push forwards.
Press and hold the Active Ability Button near a Totem to bless it and create a Boon Totem.
Soft Chimes ring out within a radius of 24 meters.
Survivors within the Boon Totem's range gain the following effects:
- Cooperative action speeds are increased by 6/9/12%. This does not stack with other action speed increases.
- The aura of all other Survivors within this Boon's radius are revealed to you.
Boon: Refraction
Light will always be on the other side, and even while in these walls it can be bent to your favor.
Press and hold the Active Ability Button near a Totem to bless it and create a Boon Totem.
Soft Chimes ring out within a radius of 24 meters.
Survivors within the Boon Totem's range gain the following effects:
- Flashlights consume 80/90/100% less charges.
- Perks with cooldown times recharge 40% faster (this does not affect Exhaustion).
- Perks with a timed requirement to be used charge 10% faster.

the only problem i have is with the boon: Bonfire. i really dont want a boon that speeds up gens

That's understandable. I should edit it to not include generators.
Edit: Seeing as taking generators out of account, it'd only include healing, therefore stepping on Circle of Healing, I'm not really sure what to do ^^;;.
I want the perk to encourage working together, though.
Edit 2: Given that it doesn't stack with itself or Prove Thyself, if it was 15% I think it'd at least be fine (being the same value as from Prove Thyself).
