Rank doesn't equal MMR, but if you're Red 3 you've probably been playing a lot more than the team of survs sitting at Ash 3-! and probably have a better handle on the game.

What is the actual question here? And what are we supposed to take out of the screenshot? Seems like you were the first to go down with very few points. (Which is okay, it can happen… but it doesn’t really fit with what you have written)
