How to instantly start healing after unhooking?

Could someone please tell me what I need to do to be able to instantly start healing a survivor after unhooking them (skip the delay)?

You just press the button to heal them, but you can't start a heal action until they are fully out of the hooked state. Some people will also just not let you heal them by holding down their shift key/sprint button until they know the killer isn't coming back.

Move a bit and the action to heal will appear instantly
i don’t know how they haven’t fixed this issue yet after so much time….
