pallet validation, dead hard validation, what about powers on pallet validation?

I am talking about Blight, Leatherface, Billy, Oni, (not sure about demogorgon) when using their power on a pallet that a survivor is vaulting and while still mid vault they break the pallet instead of injuring the survivor or both if with leatherface/billy, at one point this is what it was doing, if the power hit the pallet while a survivor was vaulting it the survivor was getting into the dying state, or in blight/demo case, they would injure instead of breaking the pallet, can we have power validation too???? so killers have some justice as well?
