When will the Forsaken rift items come to the shop?

I really need that Claudette outfit and it's been so long. I'm also curious about what will happen with Bill's cosmetics in that rift since his outfits are always free and never sold in the shop. Does that mean anybody who didn't get the Bill cosmetics in that rift has missed out on them forever? :(

    Some Rift cosmetics are released in the store after at least 6 months, but there's absolutely no guarantee a particular cosmetic will be available again after its Rift has ended. You could get lucky though, and the cosmetic you wanted could be released again.
