did they? flask of bleach got nerfed by 1% (and pinky finger needed a change so im fine with that one), but then robin feather got a nice buff to make it even easier to throw a bottle, m1, and catch up very quickly because of hindered + stbfl

It’s fun but very easy to counter. Even with pain resonance, all you have to do is wait for the killer to hook, and then get back to working on your gen without interruption.

While I don't necessarily agree that pinky finger needed a nerf considering you still had to hit your bottles why nerf the hinder add on?
It's not like many clown players run stbfl theirs no way to save stacks on him

But the killer will know you are working there, as Pain Resonance targets the most progressed gen. So they can easily interrupt, especially if they are a killer like Freddy, Doctor or Artist.

No, they don’t know. Dead man switch activates once you stop working on the gen.
Pain resonance activates dead man switch by make you scream if you are working on the gen with the most progress . All you have to do is to stop working on it before pain resonance and get back to work.
Yes best case scenario the killer will run at the exploded gen to zone survivors away and proc dead man switch but you still have 2 survivors working on others gen anyway.
I am not saying this perk will not be strong, it will but still very easy to counter if you have half a brain.

it's not really a 45 second block. Dead man switch is active for 45 seconds and anytime within that 45 seconds if survivors let go off a gen it gets blocked. But once Dead Man Switch is over all blocked gens become unblocked so unless you can force survivors to let go off gens immediately after hook you'll often be getting much lower value.

Some killers have perks that are banned specifically for them, how ever there is a pool of perks that are just banned al together. To name a few:
Haunted Grounds, Deadlock, Blood Favor, Plaything.
And to name a few Survivor perks:
All Boons, Blast Mine, Self Care, MoM, Built to Last, Object, Prove Thyself, Flashbang
There is also a rule for Survivors that they can't stack perks, so if one person runs Sprint Burst no one else can, how ever there can be 2 BT's.
This is going off of DbD League rules, different organizers will have different rulesets

Passive Slow-Down Freddy = Dead Man's Switch + Corrupt + Deadlock + Pain Resonance and Class Photo add-on.

The only perk that actually received a good change.
Coup de grace will be still useless, because you have no control over using it how you want.
Most of the survivor perks changed in this update are gonna be still used by no one. Instead of buffing the numbers they should reworked them with a similiar concept.

After the release of pain resonace I kept using this perk together with furtive chase to switch Obsessions. This build failed pretty often because the game was almost over before seeing the Initial Obsession the first time. Now without the need of an Obsession this perk seems to be very good.
Also is it just me or are devs dropping the Obsession mechanics? Grim embrace is the first killer Obsession perk after many chapters and even this has a half hearted side effect for Obsession slapped on it. Now they remove the Obsession mechanics from another perk. I wonder what is going on

After hooking the obsession, start a 45 second timer. Any survivor that let's go of a gen during this timer causes the gen to be blocked for the duration.
Now it works with any survivor.

Yeah. 1% is 1/5th of the total value. It's a lot, comparatively on what I consider to be one of his best addons. The feather addons are pointless. The duration of the slow is longer than the cooldown between bottles so you can keep survivors intoxicated regardless. Sometimes I'll run double feathers to machine gun bottles for laughs, but it's not actually useful.
Pinky finger? I don't care, never ran it. Cheap add-on.

So survivors stop working on a generator for about 5-10 seconds while the killer carries someone. That's still an extra 5-10 seconds of slowdown as a consolation prize, even assuming all the survivors on that most progressed gen are savvy enough to do that and don't try to power through hoping to finish it before the hook.

If the survivor are stupid enough to think they can finish they gen before pain resonance (that removes 15% of gen progression) they should be punished for their greed.
But don't worry, dead man switch will be nerfed even before going live. There is no way they are going to let a perk that requires survivors to have half of a brain to counter it stay.

Remember when everyone said they'd never let Deadlock out of PTB as-is and they'd never let Pain Resonance out of PTB as is and then they were both released to live as-is?

Dead man switch would be stronger than both of them. First of all, it works very well with pain resonance, plus it can block up to 3 gens for 45s. And then, when it's over just hook another survivor to use dead man switch again.
Dead man switch work on any gen, deadlock only work when another gen is finished and on the one with the best progression. Usually, it only delay the inevitable, survivors will come to finish it later.
Remember than when gens are blocked, survivors have nothing else to do. Clean totems ? You don't have any. Heal ? They are probably not injured since you chased someone else. If you block 3 gens with dead lock by zoning them off and camp the hook what can they do ? Coming to rescue ? No problem, trade with the rescuer and use dead man switch again to start over.
