There are so many mediocre changes in the new mid-chapter
- Flask of Bleach: Increases Hindered effect by 4% (was 5%)
- Madeleine's Scarf: Increases Victor’s movement speed by 0.3m/s (was 0.4m/s
- Toy Sword: Decreases Pounce charge time by 0.2 seconds (was 0.25)
- Stale Biscuit: Decreases Pounce cooldown by 0.4 seconds (was 0.5)
- Marvin’s Blood: Increases mutation rate by 25% (was 33%)
- Mikhail’s Eye: Increases zombie movement speed by 35% (was 50%)
All of these were some of the best, most fun and balanced addons on these killers, which is probably why people used them. The devs shouldn't nerf addons just because many people run them but rather feedback and sometimes common sense.
Buckle up - The aura reading duration has been increased to 6/8/10 seconds.
Not bad but why didn't they remove the distance requirement of 48 metres it's too harsh a penalty for something so small. They even said the conditions for Gearhead are too strict for the payoff.
Distortion - The number of tokens that you start with is now 4 (was 3).
Still a very small amount of tokens. Maybe something to gain tokens like cleansing a totem would help.
Furtive Chase - You’ll no longer lose your tokens if the Obsession dies.
Yeah a little bit better but as they said, very niche. Some niche perks are fine, like mad grit, but this perk is a little too niche. It would better if it decreases your terror radius by more as you might be able to get the jump on survivors that you run by during a chase.
I think this is generally what everybody's thinking so hopefully the devs will consider our opinions. Personally I think that there are many more positives than negatives in this patch, some of the changes to addons and perks are absolutely brilliant and some things that many people have asked for have been granted but it is important to understand and act on the things we don't appreciate.

The Furtive Chase one is really funny, it's not like anybody would use it after that change, since it's still the same bad perk with the same actually pretty good effect that only activates at a pretty bad time, having lower Terror Radius in chase does literally nothing.

The thing with this patch isn't just that what they did was so mediocre, but also that they barely moved a finger to do anything.
