Gonna camp a haddo balcony with the new boil over
Hello? Does anyone think this is going to be massively abused by people with map offerings, as well as your typical sabo SWF?

The Game is bad enough with the pallets. I hated it for the hook positions (which could be behind blocked walls) too but this will just be horrible

Forget Haddonfield balcony. RCPD library and upper floor Thompson House next to the chest is where it's at. Don't even have to bother with sabotage in those ones. Possibly some balcony spots on upper floor Eyrie? Or Ironworks outer catwalks if you don't get the hook inside the building? This is the real thing to test in the PTB, just which spots it turns into GGEZ git gud baby killer.

Yeah there's plenty of spots this perk will become extremely broken. Especially if you got the real abusers who will run every single chase to the spot you can't hook them at. This will probably be good enough to pull off solo but with 1 breakout or some CoH fueled bodyblocks added? Impossible to hook people I would imagine.

I have the same issue with the RPD badge. My game just freezes and shuts down.

Haddonfield will be annoying, but my real fear is: is there a chance that the hook on the second floor of Thompson's House doesn't spawn there? Because I'm pretty sure I didn't see it there the last time I played on that map (I know it used to always spawn there pre-rework).
On that floor, if you don't have that hook available, your only chance is taking the survivor through the balcony, jumping down and going for the nearest hook. I remember I actually had to let a survivor bleed to death there once because another one ended up dying on the only hook and I had no way to reach any other in time from where he was.

Honestly the thing I want know most about the new boil over is what exactly constitutes as a large height for killer? It's somewhat easy to tell for survivor since a large height is anything that makes them stagger but killers don't do that when falling so I can only hope to god it's something the same along those lines and not something supper silly like falling off the slightest terrain elevation. The second thing I wanna know is that will there be a cooldown for the 25% wiggle bonus? Because if it doesn't it's gonna get pretty stupid on certain maps like the stairwells on the Crow map. If you accidently fall down both levels then that's an instant 50% progress right there.

Can relate.. Haddonfield and RPD offerings can crush the game pretty consistently... :/

Pretty sure it will still show in the killers hud that boil over is in effect so worst case scenario you can just stop hooking and play for bleedout
