Mid chase, I suddenly get the Corrupt Purge sound, and the next puke was red puke.

I have no idea how this happened, though I noticed that the alter was cleansed nearby.

  I think all the fountains were used by survivors - which will give the Plague Corrupt Purge 5s later (then all pools are cleansed again).
