The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Pinhead chapter is almost perfect! And is what everything a chapter should be.
Multiple voice lines (newly added, and they're absolutely marvellous!)
Look quality is great.
Perks are also good.
Power has a skill cap, rewards better skilled (imo still needs small tweaks)
Interactive power for both roles, provides extra things for survivors to do (the box)
This chapter is so nearly perfect! If only all his addons wasn't nerfed and the chains broke faster (not instant) on objects. That skill cap should be rewarded.

In my opinion, 'everything a chapter should be' should hopefully contain a map and a Survivor, no? The Survivor half of the community got absolutely nothing out of that Chapter.
Thankfully we got Mikaela's Paragraph only a month and a half later to make up for it,, but they really shouldn't advertise Hellraiser as a Chapter when it only contains half the content.
Also, 'interactive power for both roles' is debatable.
Also also, NFTs.

Well I class hellraiser and mikaela together as they're simply paragraphs, I do get why it's only pinhead as it's a liscene but other than that..
Well his power, you can see where it's being cast from, can dodge it, break it faster and still vault and drop pallets. You also have a mini side objective (the box which is good and mixed it up). Theres physically nothing more you could ask for from a power to be interactive?
Eh dont care for NFT, I didnt buy it I just brought a game character. Not like the whole world dont waste money and energy on millions of other things

Hellraiser isn't a Paragraph, it's Chapter 21. That was my point; it counts as a Chapter and is advertised as such, but it features the same amount of content as a Paragraph. The same thing was done with Ghostface actually, and I had the same grievances then.

Sure, for his manually aimed range attack. I don't have an issue with that, but I do have an issue with chains randomly appearing to harass me when I'm trying to run away, repair generators, heal other Survivors, and for almost *three full months before it got patched*, even while trying to solve the damn box to stop the chains. Seriously, in what way was it interactive to not even be able to solve the box because chains kept dragging you out of it? It is an absolute chore to face him in solo queue, because you can never rely on your team to go do the box, and when they do, they go down with it and starting the chain hunt early.
Chain hunt is not a fun or well designed mechanic IMO. It's just an annoying passive benefit for no cost on the Killer's part.
Eh dont care for NFT, I didnt buy it I just brought a game character.
You should, and you did. Part of the money you spent on the Chapter went to Park Avenue Entertainment (the at the time owners of Hellraiser) and Boss Protocol (the creators of the Hellraiser NFTs). That's how any licensed DLC goes.
Not like the whole world dont waste money and energy on millions of other things
Money and energy on things that actually matter, not images of monkeys smoking blunts used in crypto scams.

Thought they advertised it as a paragraph tbh.
You get the box, you stop chain hunt. That's interactive, it's not the games fault no one wanted to get it. If it didnt make an impact people would ignore it.
Actually that's not true, it's very common knowledge people waste heaps of food, water and even energy by leaving things running. We also throw mass amounts of money towards undeed things. We also pay sports people more than doctors, healthcare, military etc. All of which protect and save lives.
We arent a caring species I'm afraid lol

Every chapter should have a single killer with unfun interactions, community backlash, basically false advertising (how BHVR didn't directly say it but implied they weren't working with NFTs and then did, and the voicelines being removed and us getting them back months after the release despite it being on the PTB), and okay perks?
Imo Pinhead is actually the opposite, it's the lowest standard, it's the chapter All-Kill would laugh at. Imo, the Gold Standards for what a chapter should be are still Cursed Legacy and Demise of the Faithful for bringing great characters, great killers with unique and strong powers, I don't remember there being many bugs, okay maps not the best but at least they had them, and great perks, they also had new ideas for killers that weren't attempted before (Other characters were pretty recent but Plague showed that killers can be taken from pretty much any time, and Oni was the first and only killer directly related to another killer).

Let me guess, you're unable to grab a box and hold a button for a few seconds and that's not interactive?
Oh and you hate NFTs?
But we cant really include maps as you dont get them for buying the chapter. They're default without purchase.

No, grabbing a box and holding a button for a few seconds is easy, it's just not fun. Holding a button while running to remove chains is easy, but not fun. I didn't say impossible interactions, I said unfun. Granted, this is subjective, but playing as and against Pinhead is not fun in my opinion.
Also of course I hate NFTs, but Pinhead still wasn't great in the first place, all the NFTs did was put my second least favorite chapter to my least favorite chapter.
And regarding the maps, even not taking them into account Cursed Legacy and Demise of the Faithful are still gold standards and Pinhead was a very underwhelming license.

I think it would be more accurate to say Hellraiser is almost everything a License for the game should be (solely focusing on content, not NFTs or any other sort). I agree with that much; Pinhead has a cool power, good perks, awesome voice lines (as of this PTB), and a good variety of add-ons with many references to the Hellraiser movie (though it sucks they recently got a bit gutted).

Yes but in terms of the power it gives you alot of interacts, I guess you're right its subjective but it has so many interactive features (explained in a previous comment)
Well a hellraiser map would of been pretty cool, but theres no real one area. But I'm not sure why you like plague/oni so much, plague especially as 90% of the time shes a basic M1 because no one cleanses
1 -
For plague, I get that 10% of the time (where people do cleanse) 99% of the time and I like the "oh crap" factor when she gets the blood puke where it suddenly becomes a desperate struggle to live. Honestly the parts when the killer gets unexpectedly super powerful is one of my favorite moments in DBD and is why I love facing Tier 3 Michael and am okay with NOED.
Oni for similar reasons, the "Oh boy, oh crap, oh tiddly-winkers this is not a favorable position to be in at the moment" when you hear Oni roar is priceless.
Also I will say this now because I understand it may sound like I think Pinhead is unforgivable, but I don't hate everything about Pinhead. My favorite part playing against him is if the box doesn't get solved and Chain Hunt begins, then it's a race to the box while avoiding chains. Unfortunately these don't last long as when even one survivor grabs it the hunt ends and it's pretty rare in my games for a Chain Hunt to even start, however Chain Hunts are really fun (again though, not fun or frequent enough to put him above the last chapter, but credit where it's due).

So NFTs, no map, survivor later is what every chapter should be? Interesting
Pinhead was meh, Mikaela brought really strong perks.
I guess an incomplete chapter.
Imo chapters should be like Oni's.

Like bottled water? I see slot of people still wasting money on that ######### but I'm sure you don't. No one was talking about monkeys smoking blunts.

If the hooks were easier to control, or stayed just as hard but did more, or his box passively had a "you must be THIS close to see the aura" effect, or all his good addons hadn't been gutted... I'd agree with you.
He has great animations, great skins, great voice lines (again), and one of the best Moris in the game. He's SO close to be amazing. If only they hadn't jumped the gun AGAIN and nerfed a killer before the player base had the time to learn how the power works.
