Unlink Behaviour Account - No Popup Message
Hi,
I recently unlinked my behaviour account from Steam as I wasn't able to get into an lobbies with my friends and I saw someone mention in the forums that doing so fixed the issue for them.
I contacted support but they said there should be a popup when you go to unlink the account notifying you that everything will be reverted back to before you linked it. I lost a month's progress (5 fully leveled characters, unlocked perks in the shrine and a lot of rift process). They said that because the population warns of this they're not going to give me anything back. I didnt receive the popup though and regretfully I didn't Google it fully before unlinking to find out how much of an issue it is. I have seen posts of them giving people back bloodpoints and things though.
I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Specifically them saying they're not going to give anything back.

We don't return items from the unlinking as we're very clear on our FAQ which is on our sites about what happens.
The only times things were returned was when there was an initial problem with the BHVR account but that has been resolved some months ago.

There was an issue with my behaviour account, I was unable to get into any lobbies with my friends. I had tried restarting the game, steam and my pc. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. My friends tried restarts on their end too. Unlinking the account was the only thing that got it working again.

The below discussion states that it was fixed this month but I incountered my issue and submitted a request regarding it last month.

I was pointing out that we refunded BP/items for the initial problem with linking accounts where players lost progress - which is not the same as in your case. That was the only time that we refunded items and we do not do it now that this issue has been resolved.
We do not refund items for players who have unlinked their accounts for any other reason, as you were advised by Support.
I'm afraid there is nothing that we can do here to help you with this situation as we are very clear about this in our FAQ.

Apologies for the misunderstanding. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
