Perk Ideas
🟩Survivor Perks:

🟢Last Chance
If you are left on the hook during the second phase till the end and the killer is in a 8/16/24 meter radius, the hook breaks sending you free.
You are broken for remained of the trial, your Grunts of Pain are increased by 100/75/50% and the killer can mori you when downed.
You get Endurance for 5/7/9 seconds.
The hook stays broken for 40/50/60 seconds.

🟢Scarecrow
Standing within the Killer's Terror Radius while not in a Chase for 40 seconds activates Scarecrow.
Entering a locker and presing the active button creates a scarecrow inside the locker.
The locker forces the survivor out and wont let them re-enter the locker, until the scarecrow gets triggered by the killer.
The scarecrow makes the perk owners injured noises.
When a killer opens this locker they are stunned for 2/3/4 seconds and the scarecrow crumbles into dust.

🟢For Us All
Gain 1 token for every protection hit up to maximum of 3/5/7 tokens per trial.
Each token increases your repair / unhook / basotage / exit-gate opening speed by 1%.

I think the idea of a killer perk where the match handicaps the killer with two generators completed is interesting, I’m not sure everybody being broken for 3 minutes is enough of a benefit though, hard to say.
Grunts of Pain being increased is a fun touch. Just a minor note that Iron Will would still completely negate that though because of how the system multiplies its reduction.

Seems really similar to Stridor, probably a bit too much overlap with that.

Last Chance is insanely beyond hyper busted. Scarecrow having the stun is excessive when them wasting time searching is effectively a stun. For Us All seems relatively fine.
Broken Risk is hyper killer dependent. On some it’d be busted. On others it’d be useless and literally throwing to run. All Ears is mostly useless because Iron Will will counter the injured sounds, and without it, they’re easy to hear. Also overlaps with Stridor. Unforgiving Heroism already exists as Forced Penance.

Last Chance can be edited to 4/6/8 meter radius.
Its a anti facecamp perk.
Cant count how many times a killer mostly bubba just stood next to the survivor for two minutes.
Its just a idea.

Just for reference that’s how Stridor and Iron Will used to work, but at some point the devs changed it from modifiers on sound being Sound * (Iron will modifer + Stridor modifier) to being Sound * Iron Will modifier * Stridor modifier. Which unfortunately means that since the Iron Will modifier is zero it now completely negate all sound regardless of whether or not someone is using Stridor or the perk you suggested.

The problem of a perk design like Last Chance is that solutions BHVR have already tested all are way too abusable (eg, slowed/stopped hook timer, self-unhook, relocating hook, etc). People who are aware it exists and coordinated will absolutely put the killer into situations it would be positively dumb to not facecamp (eg, multiple survivors around makes it dumb to chase one and give another an immediate free unhook when they have to come to the hook anyways). I'm not exactly sure about the wording you used, but if you mean as in when second phase would end (and thus sacrifice), then people will come just at that moment. If you mean for the entire second phase, then killer could exploit it by just leaving for a few moments just outside the radius and then stepping back in. So on and so forth for various other intervals.
Generally, the only non-abusable method that exists at the moment is to instead encourage others to do generators instead of coming for a suicidal unhook. Thus why a more passive option such as Kindred's killer aura reveal is better. Then, survivors know the killer is facecamping and can repair generators without wasting time to go unhook. Powering out generators is the main counter to facecamping.
