Okay, so the report system is bad. I can understand why you'd be frustrated. It needs to be changed so that Console players can have input, so that it gives feedback and so that it's not a huge pain in the ass to work with.
However, this is blatantly breaking the Forums rules on naming & shaming.

Funny last time I posted something about a hacker it was taken down in less than 2 minutes. I did drop gamer tag and honestly was not aware about the naming and shaming rules. But I understand them and respect them since then, but on the other hand these people are blatant hackers.
It's not like we are dox-ing them but its whatever. The few hackers I have encountered I have fully filed a ticket to BHVR through their methods and never received any feedback. So, hackers are never going to be dealt with anytime soon regardless of what they say.

Sadly, your penalty for naming and shaming is the only certain punishment in this situation.
We can only hope these people get banned
