72 hours, also it is not known when the resets work as bhvr don't want people "cheating" the system.

Maybe you should fix your internet problem before playing the game. The other 4 players in your game dont really care if you DC because of poor internet connection or if you DC because of a Ragequit, for them, the result is the same.

As far as I know, 5 minutes.

I've never seen it longer than that.

Takes 24 hours for a single ban reduction once you reach 15 minutes.

Some enthusiasts have already found it experimentally, but I can't tell you what exactly they found, since as you said it's "classified".

UPD: oh hevermind, the guy above already told it, lol

    I already got 24h ban :')

Btw I think 6 h and 24h are too much.

I have rebooted my extender and im gonna try on later and see if it works.I have been 2 weeks without playing the game and seems everything go to waste

I've gotten up to seventy-two hours, currently on 24 hour ban. I do agree that the ban penalty is too harsh and that internet problems need to be looked at differently then ragequtting.

Find the locks a joke. Whether DC or because of a bad internet connection. The game is never bug free and penalizing players for it, even though bhvr knows about many bugs, is a mess.

Well once I got problem during stream, so game was disconnected it self (I got really high speed inet) and I got 5 min ban, cuz game disconnected it self... So I think DC penalty are useless.

This isn't as simple as it sounds. I am having internet problems playing dbd, and it only affects dbd. I literally need to use 4G to play the game. I've had these problems since the beginning of November.

I luckily haven't been kicked from games too often because of my situation but it has happened. Quite often, because of 4G, my ping will jump to between 700 and 1100 ping during a match. I literally cannot touch my phone at all while playing dbd otherwise my ping will go to 1100.

Despite all my problems, I still want to play the game. No one is going to say to me "you can't play till your internet is better". It's unfortunate for the other players in the lobby but they would also play the game, even with bad internet, if they really wanted to.

The point is the system Bhvr uses to check when it's DC an when it's not. Happened to me to be connected on discord, streaming my game, and DbD disconnected me because l had "no internet connection" while my streaming was still on. How can discord still be working and DbD kicks me out of the game (with its appropriated ban)?

Because some systems have to be more fine-tunes than others. I can only guess how bhvr coded DBD but a "fast paced action game" like DBD, where server and client interaction needs to be at best instant, is way more prone to hiccups thanks to short internet connection blackouts than other programs like TS/DC.

Okay now It cant be my part. Now I got 48h ban i got my antivirus off and everything was working to normal.Hell I even tried on Epic store dbd account before and was going fine before playing. It must be steam or you Behaviour.
