How to be better than Insidious Bubba
- Are you an Insidious Bubba whose vow to destroy those baby survivors' fun?
- Are you frustrated that they rush gen and escape with 3 people instead of coming to your hook and feeding you?
- Do you feel disappointed that after a hard work Insidious camping match, they just left instead of throwing tantrums and crying?
FEAR NOT! MISSY PIGGY IS IN TOWN!
- Step 1: Pick Piggy
- Step 2: Chose the unlucky guy, or just simply start the match and get the first person you found. But to make sure spice will be there at the end, I recommend choosing the one that most likely will get triggered or make everyone triggered.
- Step 3: Down him/her. Must do this before all 5 gen complete.
- Step 4: Put a trap on him.
- Step 5: Slug him/her on the ground, crouch is recommended cause survivors' balls got bigger without hearing terror radius. DO NOT let him/her remove the trap.
- Step 6: Enjoying watching the other 3 rushing toward you, trying to heal him, and giving you a free hit.
A lot of survivors tend to become clumsy when it came to slugging, not to mention camping without Terror Radius while slugging, even for a high-skill survivor. Most of the time, you will get 2-3k. If you are lucky, it's even 4k.
But we aren't here for the kill. We are here to spoil their fun. So whatever you want to do, DO NOT let the first one remove his trap. If he/she got back up, tunnel him until he down again. If you down multiple people, don't put traps on them. That would only make them run away to remove it if they got back up. You waste your trap and they aren't there to feed you hits anymore.
After the match, I guarantee that your chance of receiving salt and crying is incredibly higher than an Insidious Bubba, and this is less boring.

2022 is here. And DBD needs a new wave of disaster to welcome it, mate.

I'm torn.
What you said disgust me but that picture of pig is mesmerizing

I am here for piggy pictures, dont mind me

Haha yes

Ah yes, all we need is more killer strategies on how to make the game unfun for survivors. If people could just play the game without being 4-Letter "C" words, the game might have higher ratings.
I wish a very merry abandonment to everyone who plays like this all the time.

I want a hat cosmetic for bubba.

Astounding.
2 -
I know! A hat for Bubba would be amazing! :0

Judging by the updates that came out within the last year, devs themselves don't want players to have fun. Why should I, as the killer, care about fun of other players, when I myself have to deal with DH, DS, hit validation, SWFs, fairly earned cosmetics getting removed, DC penalty for leaving games with cheaters and so on? Reducing the number of concurrent players is the best way to get their attention to the problems they do their best to ignore.

Thanks for the abandonment wishes? This is the first time anyone has offered that to me. Not sure if it is a compliment or not.
2 -
the best counter to basement bubba is not getting downed
3 -
There's a difference between not caring about the other side's fun and actively trying to make sure everyone has an awful time playing the game. One is ambivalence and not-my-problem, the other is just trolling.
And I've always thought "I'm mad that there's crap in the pool, so I'm going to crap in the pool in protest" was a poor argument, personally.
3 -
This is deliciously evil.
3 -
that title is an oxymoron, insidious bubba is the best playstyle in dbd
4 -
More like the water in this pool hasn't been cleaned since last year. All they do is install a new water slide for kids to play with. So I will crap in this pool to force them to clean it.

that sounds unsanitary

Bubba is still better and you know it
1 -
Or, like everyone who says being part of the problem is actually the way to fix it, getting the pool cleaned is just the excuse.
1 -
nice piggy pic!

It's never the way to fix it. But when the people who can fix it doesn't fix it, then they need some motivation.
0 -
The "motivation" would have to be on such a macro level higher than this it would literally have to be every other game for a company as sedentary as BHVR to do anything.
This won't do anything other than make the game suck for random people for no reason other than spite. And I don't imagine you're dumb enough to trick yourself into thinking otherwise.
So I guess we only have one side of Occam's favorite shaving tool left.

Pig buffs when?

But survivors are gonna get way more points this way, aren't they?
0 -
As long as you keep crouching most of the time, the only point they can get is fixing gen and healing. I always get more points than them, if not even gain one pip. I usually gain 0 pip FYI. What is even better is that even the game registry me as 0 pip or 1 pip, my MRR keeps getting decreased to the point that I don't need to slug anymore. Tons of red Grade and they are down as quick as fallen leaves.

That is why I want to flame the "motivation" to be higher, not keeping this mechanical to myself. I spread the word to everyone so they can make a big wave. Also, lots of survivors is not innocent when it's come to defending their "right" so they get what they deserved anyway. Some don't... BUT HEY! I'm using the logic 4v1 of BHVR. The amount of survivor is around 4 times larger than killer at least so the chance people deserved this kind of treatment is very high.

And *this* is why I never play altruistic as a survivor nowadays.

God that looks fun lmfao

Be ready for the most intense pig games of your life. Seriously though this game would be so much better if they baseline encouraged killers to not play like jackasses. It really dumb how there no baseline mechanics to spread out hooks.
1 -
The point is not to win, the point is to have fun.

"Get what they deserved"
Case and point.

I always played very fair and to the survivors playbook for the longest time. But of late I get nowhere with that attitude and, quite to the contrary, get "EZgg"ed, "Lulz worst killer ever" and laughed at a lot.
So just my at last game 5min ago on Ormond, where I barely saw a survivor anywhere and got one measly hook by 2 gens left, I shifted gears hard and camped the Claudette that I just hooked. After 1min a Nea came by and I grabbed her off the hook and then a realization struck me and I just threw her down at my feet. She crawled away, another Gen popped, and then a Kate showed up, trying to heal the Nea. I struck her down as she unhooked the Claudette and downed Claudette, again.
The exit gates opened, I cornered the Feng on her way to save her friends and was left with a 4K for playing at my most toxic. I hooked everyone and was rewarded with one DC and an extra salty after game chat. Not gonna lie, that felt awesome. Giving it back to them. And at least two survivors could have easily escaped.
But still, the part of me that is still human, that still remembers my old self and that wasn't claimed by The Entity muses: is this really the state of the game? Do we just have the duality of this choice: be toxic or get stomped? And should I even care and not embrace what I really are: the antithesis of humanities cause. The Destroyer of Hope and The Vanquisher of Life.
