has anyone ever got a email from bhvr after making a report ticket on their support site?
In all the reports i've made I've always at least got an email saying "we haven't forgotten about you" but i've never got an email saying we've verified your report or something like this, did anyone ever got a email after they made a report?

Weirdly enough, sometimes i receive them, sometimes I don't (even if the ticket has been closed already)

I have stopped wasting time capturing clips, uploading them, filling out the report form, and submitting everything. I'm now under the impression that they don't action accounts. In January 2021, I filed a report with evidence, and the mods did nothing to that player. I know bc he was streaming daily from the offending account for weeks.

Nope i never got a confirmation saying they look at my issue that why i stop reporting hacker because i know its worthless

I once responded to a reminder email that my issue had sort of resolved itself but now my friend was having the same issue and then I asked if it was possible to play the game without said issue. They responded by saying they were glad I fixed the issue, my friend needed to turn their own ticket, and ignored my question.

I reported a cheater and they replied they will be looking into the issue but won't be able to report the result.
But I did keep track of the user profile and it did get ban.

I've gotten responses to all my tickets. Sometimes it's within a day or two, once it took a couple months, but I've always gotten a response. I didn't get emails, though, the responses were to the ticket on the site itself.

They explicitly state that they won’t respond to player report tickets if they have all the info needed and will only contact you if they need further input from you….
i did. get a response from my ticket, though that was 1-2 months ago and it took very long. Mandy confirmed here that they experience high amount of ticket income and that it’s expected to take that long..

@Nicholas They do ban, but only when it's blatant hacking.
Last year I reported blatant lag switchers (not a hack) with video evidence of the whole game and they weren't banned. The duo queued with No Mither so they both could recover while teleporting to other locations through lag switching, and since they were two it was virtually impossible to slug them both, while it was also impossible to hook them as they'd artificially increase their ping. So basically in the video you could see me being unable to hook them and them teleporting around.
Couple of weeks ago, again, I had a three man always with No Mither abusing an unreachable location from the killer on top of a rock of the new map, and trying to hold the game hostage (I could sometimes hit them from certain angles, but not pick them up, so they could virtually recover indefinitely or for a very long time). In the video you can see me searching for the fourth player in the steam player list (while he was pointing at a hook asking me to kill him because he thought they were cheaters), you can see me adding him to the friend list and asking him in chat to do the generators otherwise I would've been held hostage and forced to DC. I reported those three players, and guess what, again, not banned :)
Tldr: only report blatant hackers. If it's players abusing stuff in game without hacking, they won't get banned
