Unable to solve Lament configuration during chain hunt

I legit just spent about 30 seconds trying to solve the box, every time I’d press the button I’d be harassed by chains making the box literally unsolvable until I finally ran around and dodged a chain first

I thought this was a bug that had already been addressed?

The chains should definitely still attack the box holder yes, as to not rob Pinhead of his power and force them to solve it. But making it so you’re literally unable to solve it is a bit much and needs to be addressed

    his chains come in sets of 3 i believe. wait for the 3 chains then solve it.

    break the chains manually too, pretty sure breaking them off the environment spawns another chain

    I really think they should change that. Let the hooks stick in the survivor for the duration of the puzzle box channel, that'd be fine but right now it's pretty un-intuitive.

    At least when he do the came, it ends the chain hunt. The worst is fiddling with the box angrily for 25 seconds and then he shows up to smack it out of your hands personally and everything goes to pot.

    As underpowered as Pinhead is, they really should fix that. Being unable to solve the box without your whole team hugging you in a triangle formation like some kind of magical girl ritual is deeply obnoxious.

    Dodge 3 chains and then solve. Should be enough time in between to begin solving.

    It spawns 3 chains at a time, 3 times. After that, there is a 12 second break. Just break the chains yourself manually, not off environment. Then solve it during the break between the chains. Works every single time.
