Lemme say this again so BHVR may do something about it "soon"
Had again a moment where I had 1 single hook in the entire shack area of torment creek.
After I sacrificed a survivor there I had nothing there left, I was forced to slugg all 3 survivor there since there where 2 gens almost done there so the survivors had to stay there, I dont blame them for that.
They eventually just dcd (2 of them) and the last one just let him kill himself on hook since they all got slugged. They ofc insulted me and my mother, which I dont really care about tbh.
However my point is I was forced to slug all of them because I literally had no hook anymore left, this situation was incredibly unfun for the survivors and also me, we also got barely any points out of this match.
There are maps with way worse hook spawns like Midwhich, Swamps or Red forests but tbh you can get on any map a stupid set of hook spawns.
This happens occasionally to me and also to others, hook spawns STILL are an issue which needs to be adressed. Since we are getting now fancy new scorched hook perks it would be time to start looking into that.

There are people who would have you believe that you're toxic and you should be letting them wiggle off.
But yes the maps are busted, and your solution is A+. Let the slugs wiggle on the ground.

It's honestly probably fine at this point to make old Hangman's Trick's sacrificed hook restoration a default mechanic.

Putting a solution behind a perk is not really a solution to the problem itsself...

I had a Deathslinger match like that a week ago. Azarovs. Only one hook in a corner of the map and it was broken by Jeffs perk. Three minutes. I tried to hook them away but they wiggled off.
Fast forward a few minutes.
Three survivors slugged in the same corner. I just found the fourth and by the time he was hooked the first hook was back and two of the slugs crawled enough to hook in other places.
One of the players tried the “Why??!1” complaint in the end game chat but just reiterated what happened and another survivor took my side/admitted to it.

What does your mother have to do with this? Are they accusing you of swapping with your mom who is clearly the superior killer and therefore your win was illegitimate as you are gaming the perfect mmr system? Survivor mains have no standards...

Nothing I said suggested it was

they meant make the perk's old ability be a default mechanic, as in, be it basekit, without the perk.

Sometimes the hook at Thompson's House second floor doesn't spawn there either. Not only is a terrible spot to reach other hooks, it will be highly abusable with the new Boil Over too.

ye I also realized that after I read a second time over it, was my bad for not reading it properly.

hook spawns play a way bigger role in who wins a match than many people realize.

Default mechanic meaning it is basekit
