I love how much this event helps killers
It's absolutely miserable as a solo survivor. You get killers with two slow down perks, and all three teammates not doing anything but running around for envelopes. Great job.

As a killer though, I am also wandering around at the beginning and going after envelopes instead of going for generators/survivors.
Also unless I'm mistaken, it's not like the envelopes go away and as long as someone gets it, doesn't everyone get the points? (EDIT before I get 1,000 replies correcting me; that is not the case evidently, though if you brought your own envelope, you will always get that ones points).

Well I guess that explains why everyone is doing a mad dash to the envelopes. Although I'm always playing an envelope so I guess I'm always getting bonus BP no matter what goes down...

In the few games I've played I haven't even noticed people going for envelopes delaying the game. They are activated/picked up wicked fast. Takes longer to cleanse a dull totem. 😂

I always play an envelope so I'm always getting at least one prize and with the Generators giving all that bonus BP and seeing my numbers at the end of the game, I assumed it was all the envelopes collected in the entire match but I guess it's just whatever I'm finding plus that sexy bonus generator BP.
I suppose that's a mild bump in power for the Killer in the event but that's only if your team is a bunch of dum dums...
Oh no, I play solo too! My team IS just a bunch of dum dums!!! 😭

Well, if it is killer-sided event this makes up for the snowmen event giving survivors free MOM.

You don't have to get the envelopes in order to escape + killers can get them too. I usually get one when the game starts.
If you want an unfair event for one side I point you to the winter event and the snowmen - poor ghostie mains.

The envelopes don’t hold a candle to the snowmen being an obstacle for killers, in the winter event. I’m more concerned with Dead Man Switch making solo Que harder.

Considering the envelopes took away a lot of people's reason to play Killer (BP) idk if it's a Killer-sided event.
I've gotten the standard 30-35K because of Event Hooks but I've seen Survivors who died at 4 gens up with over 50K BP

God I wish. So far all my survivor games are either the same before the event or ridiculously fast gens the latter being the more common right now.

This isn't even comparable to the snowman event, THAT actually helped survivors so much. THIS is barely anything for killer, survivors waste like a couple of seconds doing an interaction once.
