Haven't received the 6k shards for leatherface

It has been over 24 hours since the tweet was posted, and I haven't received the 6k shards for the removal of the leatherface masks, and I play him quite often. Is there any particular reason to this delay?

You can write on her profile wall or and then she will contact you privately to ask for your cloud id (but I think she already has enough cloud ids and let support check what went wrong there as it seems many people are affected)
