Hi, can someone tells me why i still didn't receive my 6k free shards, please help me!

Many people didn’t receive the shards. It’s a known issue being investigated by the team. We don’t have any further info currently.

Yes but we need behaviour to tell us when this issue will be fixed bc some people really need this shards .

uhm. Why would someone really need them just now? It’s only meant as a small compensation..
