Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
PC - Survivor took 4 hook stages to get sacrifised

Nice video edits.
It almost looks like a desync; the player was really close to the save and I bet the server thought they got off on first hook, but your game counted it as second. You can see it was only a second or so between when they were saved and when they apparently went to second hook.
The game itself simply treated it as if the player never went to 2nd. I bet it was a client-side desync.
