Small QoL change while waiting for lobby

While playing survivor, and sometimes killer, queue wait times can be really long. It'd be nice to be able to peruse the store or the archives while waiting to get into a lobby. Right now once you've selected ready you don't have that option. This might be a way to keep players engaged while waiting in long queues. And it could prevent people from being AFK once the match starts because they'll always be paying attention to the game.

    I'd also like the que time estimations to return. It felt nice to see how long we should expect to wait while in the lobby.

    I don't know why it was removed, but a return is always appreciated.
