New RPD library hook
Did you not learn your lesson from Eyrie of Crows? This new RPD library hook is now the most campable hook in the game, mirroring the one you removed from Eyrie of Crows. I thought they were just going to make the bottom floor of the library hook permanent, but no. They had to go and make another easily campable hook. Whoever is in charge of hook placements is apparently not learning their lesson!

And, surprise, Boil Over is already due for a nerf next update!

Yep, that's where it was when I played on the map today! All the way near where the totem spawn is up there.

Unfortunately, I think the Boil Over squads forced their hand. Any hooks at the bottom of the staircase could be saboed well before the killer got there, basically rendering the fix pointless. Perhaps with the update nerfing Boil Over they can move it down.

And killers still claim to this day that they receive the most nerfs and survivors don’t get nerfed.

Nope. It’s another unhookable situation, if the killer so chooses. The hook is located right next to the totem spawn up there.

They have to think about the changes they make. Isolated hooks are a big No-no. If theres a hook up there the staircase needs to be wider.

i get it, but unhookable spots are just as much of a problem as boil over. bhvr needs to reevaluate how they do map design because whoever is working on that is not doing a great job.

The issue was that the lower hook was super easy to bodyblock or sabo in a BO comp.
It's more a 'when' and 'how'.
BO had to be literally breaking the game.
Tell me again why Twins got nerfed? And why Swamp still has an actual infinite?
We can go back and forth on this all day, but when you bring this 'us vs them' crap into a thread, you'd better make sure that the 'us' has an actually sustainable position.
And by this logic - camping is going to be addressed soon (the mechanical change is undergoing internal testing at present).
