I thought rank reset was the 13th?

I got myself to gold lastnight. I logged in today and I’m back to ash? I thought rank rest was always the 13th?

  Apparently it's a visual bug. Your ranks haven't reset, just the visuals. Once you finish another match it goes back to normal.
