So my Grade just reset from Iri 1 to Ash 4...With no BP reward or anything, just grind all this out again in the next 10 days? Seriously bhvr? The amount of bugs with this game and their server aren't even comical anymore, this is just pathetic.

This happened to me as well. Had both at iri 1 ready for the 13th.

I relogged and it's fixed. No idea what is going on.

see this happened to me too but once i relogged it changed back but when i logged in a couple days after it turn to ash IV again i dont know whats going on

Yes this was a visual bug, your grade never actually reset - was just showing that way.
