How I see flashlights
Simple things I hate mainly because my team ends up dead because they just click but I have my easy counters to flashlights.
I know this one people are going to say then your a baby for doing this if I see two or flashlights I leave the lobby mainly because the mmr system doesn't seem to like when I play killer but I only do if I don't have Franklin's or Lightborn.
For Franklin's I usually bring it if I see one or more flashlights if I have lightborn I drop Franklin's and switch to that safe pick ups and perfect way to make people learn to use a different item.
What you think having a flashlight with a purple lens and battery will help not really a hit with Franklin's and done besides most of time if I'm playing Nemesis or Deathslinger any range killer also easy counter just use your ability.
Come to think of it there was that glitch where when you swapped characters your ability and perks showed up as what you had before...so why did they remove the swap killers button you can swap with survivor why not killer that way if I see multiple flashlights I just switch to a killer with lightborn and such.

I pray to the lord of light even when I see only one flashlight. Nay, no flashlights. You have no idea how many cheeky SWF I have absolutely disgraced when they purposely set up a flash save from a chest acquired flashlight only to get completely and utterly denied.

I've never been a fan of flashlights, to be completely honest.
Hate them as killer, never use them as a survivor.

What i find the most annoying are those macro flashlight users. They create a fast clicking sound which is just like someone screeching the chalkboard with his fingernails.

I use Lightborne if I see one. Not only does it make it useless it makes them easy to track down if they try to use it on me.

Flashlights are annoying and i too try to equip lightborn or franklins when i see them in lobby. On the flip side, it means i might get some free hits b/c they might play aggressively.

It helps me get free hits and pallets, also when blast mine goes off you can find that survivor.

I see flashlights when someone turns them on in the dark.

I don't like bringing flashlights, and come to think of it, I really hardly ever bring any items anyway.

I enjoy flashlight users, complements my starstruck / mad grit / agitation / STBFL build pretty well. Couldn't think of a better item survivors could bring to let me get maximum value out of my build. Usually Starstruck is enough to keep the fireflies away, but if they so choose and try to orbit me while I'm carrying then they pay the price. Seems fair to me.

Flashlights are generally a complete non-factor. Look at a wall or slug and hit the flashlight user crouching behind the rock 5 feet away. If anything they make a killer's job 5x easier
