Smash hit should deafen the killer.
I barely see this perk used at all considering that almost all of the other exhaustion’s are better. Giving it the ability to deafen killers on a pallet slam would hopefully make it more appealing to use, it also wouldn’t be the first time an exhaustion perk has a passive because Balanced landing makes you silent when falling.

You are really comparing being silent to making killer deaf?
Smash hit could use something but I don't think that's it.

What do you have in mind as a passive?

It could have increased stun time but I don’t think that would ever happen

That could work as well

Something to cause disorientation/confusion could work, but I hate when games do that, especially when it's done in an unpredictable/unexpected way.

Nice idea but let's be real bhvr would put in some incredible loud sound to accompany the effect like you have in some shooters when a grenade explodes and thats something I don't want

Smash-Hit should work without needing to hit the killer. If you throw a pallet, you get a speed boost. Give a 3 second speed boost for not hitting a killer, give a 4 second speed boost for hitting the killer. Problem solved.

An idea to buff smash it is simple
If you drop a pallet you get the speed boost for 2 or 3 seconds. Probably 3.
If you stun the killer you get a 4 second speed boost
