During the QnA while the soloq information improvements were discussed, Justin was the only person that mentioned the killer experience in relation to that. If he hadn't spoken up, I doubt anyone would have said anything at all.

Everyone else there has body language that speaks of complete apathy and indifference toward the killer part of the equation. Listen to the flat affect in their speech at their acknowledgement of Justin's statement. It's a huge buff to survivors across the board and I'm thankful that someone on the team is considerate toward the killer experience. Hopefully low tier killers can get some help commiserate with that patch.
