I dont like Eyrie
It is too big. And it has too much sand.

Alright, calm down Anakin Skywalker.

I don't like Eyrie. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere

While I like it better than RPD, I dislike it because I feel homeless every time I'm there. It's just barren with no teeny tiny bushes.

I don't think it's that bad at all. In fact it's my favorite map. The only dislike I have about it is the main building breakable walls.

yeah rpd at least looks nice.

rpd dont have bushes either

And I hate that map too, but at least I can blend into dark corners there.

Are you an actual Bush? I would like to know.

You take that back. We may dislike Eyrie, but no need to stoop to blasphemy!

Do you happen to be a survivor or high mobility killer main? Perhaps camping Bubba? Can't imagine you have that enjoyable of an experience outside of those things.

I am The Bush.
In all seriousness, I can't loop well, but I am not useless. I do gens, totems, rescue, take hits and take aggro as long as my teammates are semi-competent. I also know how to Shift+W and lead the killer away from teammates and waste enough time for a gen to get done.
I become useless if it's Trapper though. My feet are a magnet for his traps.

This Bush?
Or this Bush?

Definitely not the second option.

I would agree with you, but I hardly play Claudette anymore since the devs ruined her. I am no longer worthy of the Bush.
But... Claudette main from 2018 to 2021? Hell of a ride.
As for the map itself, I just think it is WAY too bright.

It's one of my favorite maps. I just don't like how the main building is one big infinite loop.

I feel sorry for anyone playing Trapper who gets Eyrie, that's for sure.

I actually like both maps haha. The nostalgia from playing RE is nice and the more I play on it, I appreciate it.

Best map they've released in a long time imo. Could use some changes but overall I love it

It's really bad.
Once again, the art team is fantastic. I've never had any criticism's for them. They always knock it out of the park.
The gameplay is horrible though. It's literally just Old Ormond with a stronger main building.

i never played on old ormond. i joined in 2020. can i see footage?

Here.
This also gives a great look at how the game used to run on Console's before they bumped the maximum FPS up. No freezes but oh boy is it low FPS.

i had an xbox one s before i upgraded to a series s, and boy, the hitches were so awful on last gen
0 -
Yes, they were.
That video has no hitches, but it runs at 20 FPS. That's how it was from 2017-2019

i never experienced actual lag. i just kept getting frequent hitches and freezes. hopefully 60 fps for all platforms gets here before the end of the year and they get rid of the hitches for last gen

Eyrie doesn't bother me. Survivors just sent me to Eyrie tonight as Pig and I got a 12 hook 4k, no big deal. 🤷♂️
Other than maybe having no railings on the stairs and exposed wiring on generators all over the place. I haven't seen an OSHA hazard this bad since Willy Wonka!

I main Nurse and I have to state that I prefer playing in RPG with Nurse as it's harder for survivors to know where you're going to blink, and it's easier to apply gen/map pressure.
In Eyrie of Crows, it's very difficult due to survivors always having line of sight of the killer, and not feeling as pressured to get generators completed.
It's also a bland map and boring to look at. It would be cool to have some rain or something, to give it an ominous supernatural feel.
If you're Hag or Trapper on Eyrie... your place will be in heaven.
