Stretched res does give an advantage, but I've seen numerous videos on tiktok of both survivors and killers using it. Unfortunately, both sides will continue to do it unless Behaviour does something about it

On one hand it gives advantage. On the other hand if the MMR system works well it would not be a problem... Stretch res players would just face a lot stronger opponents where stretch res doesn't help anymore.

I don't think BHVR even thought about strechted / brighten screens when they enabled crossplay. Not really fair, isn't it?
Also i don't get why DBD doesn't have ingame brightness settings, like ANY OTHER game. Or a graphic/perfomance mode.

Exactly, they try to avoid players using filters in game just because the game is supposed to be dark, but this doesn't stand anymore, all maps almost are bright, especially Coldwind Farm.

Basically, and due to this survivors just slam out gens, which haven't had their timings touched since 2017 despite the addition of all the new second chance and healing perks.

Gens can't be touched until camping and especially facecamping doesn't get addressed in a systematical way

Eh, I've played enough personally to know that camping helps a lot against a SWF. People wanna save their friends, it's not a t-bag at the exit gate if you don't have all four people present. It's also the only real option you have once all gens are done. 99ing the doors mitigates the ECG, and the ECG gives double time if you've someone downed or on hook. It's such a huge amount of time even without the 99ing of doors to cheese the game mechanic.

The fact however devs gives no explenation why the problem can not be fixed/ they dont work to it Is no good. Ok, tgey admin the problem you guys said, but why no mention of possible/impossibile fix? Neither one comment by them on this post? Again, lack of commuication. Talk only when the people Are too loud or quitting in mass.
