Again - Redemption Code Not Working
Thanks for closing the subject down before I could reapond.
I typed it in, as it was shown, no extra spaces, no other characters besides the ones shown in the code...
No one has access to my Prime Account other than myself, so I'm 100% sure that my has not been used by anyone else.
What now.
-------------------------------------------------
I have typed in my Amazon Prime Redemption Code for the Free Dwight Outfit, actually typed it in 7 times, and it is saying "This code is invalid. Please double check that you have entered it in correctly and try again."
I have done that 7 times now and it is still saying the same thing.
Why is this happening and is anyone else having this issue?
Thanks,
Mist

It's happening to me too and saw reports of others on the subreddit.

I think I found the issue. When I accessed the code from the Prime Gaming Loot crown icon on the top right of a Twitch channel it seemed to show me the code for the Blight skin from last month.
I'd recommend going directly to the DBD loot page here: https://gaming.amazon.com/loot/deadbydaylight
And clicking the Claim button above the Dwight skin picture. Once I did that it worked as expected.

I put the code in, it said I received it - but it's not showing in my inventory.

I'm on console so I have to type whole 32 digit code. First time I typed it in during first code for Artist I had similar error message, turned out the box with the code doesn't show whole code and I needed to scroll because last few digits weren't showing. Have you scrolled over to make sure there's no digits hiding that could be missing when you type in the code? Should be 32 digits total with digits being like this 12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789abc. If you don't have a code with pattern of 8-4-4-4-12 then there's probably a digit missing from your code.

This is what I came here to say. You were probably actually using the code from last month. Make sure to click "Claim Now" for Dwight to get the right code.
