Killer: The Ripper
Game/Movie: Original (my own killer and survivor)

Stats:
Lunge: Far
Speed: Normal
Height: Medium

Ability:
The Ripper has been in a life of crime and murder since her mother died and her father blamed her for it at birth. After being beat, raped, and even living in her own urine and feces, she finally found a way out of the house. The Ripper's ability is TORTURE. After learning a few tricks on how to use different weapons, she adapted and became the owner of a Throw-able Knife and Trip Mines. The Ripper starts the trial with five Trip Mines and five Throw-able Knives. Trip Mines can be set in between two areas (such as a rock and a tree or a wall and a rock and vise versa) which survivors can step in. When a survivor steps in the Trip Mine, the two sides of the trip mine close in on the survivor's leg and traps them in place. Survivors can escape the Trip Mines in five seconds. When a Throw-able Knife is thrown at a trapped survivor, they become downed instantly. When a survivor escapes a Trip Mine, they carry the Trip Mine with them until they escape or go into the dying state, where the killer can pick it back up and set. Throw-able Knives are able to be thrown at survivors, leaving the knife in them. On the handle of a knife is a tracker which reveals THE KNIFE's aura. A survivor can remove knives in 3 seconds and can be later picked up by The Ripper.

Ultra rare add-ons:
Time Bomb: Instead of a tracker being attached to a knife, it is a time bomb which instantly kills the survivor if not removed within 30 seconds. If in a chase, the time bomb timer is paused. Takes an extra 10 seconds to remove the knife. Lose the ability to see the knife's aura UNLESS on the ground.
Barbed Wire: Trip Wire is now replaced with Barbed Wire which causes survivors to be injured by the wire when they escape. Takes an extra 5 seconds (8 seconds total) to escape the barbed wire and if a survivor is hit by a Throwing Knife, they suffer from Hemorrhage and Mangled until fully healed and are not downed instantly.

Perks:
Criminal Mind: Whenever a survivor starts working on a generator, totem, hook, or trap, you get an auditory warning. 120/100/80 second cooldown.
The Tortured Ones: Whenever you sacrifice a survivor, gain a decrease to missed/hit attack cooldowns. Whenever you are blinded or stunned, gain bloodlust 1/1/2 INSTANTLY after recovering.
Murderer: When you injure/down a survivor, you lose your red stain for 25/30/35 seconds.

So it's a weaker Trapper with a bit of Huntress mixed in?

Hello, thank you for sharing your idea.

First, I believe the killer to be overpowered. Both traps and ranged weapons at once are a bit of an overkill.

I also do not understand the reason for FIVE traps and FIVE knives. If both get stuck on a survivor and there are four survivors - you would want the number to be 4 or less - think Pig's reverse beartraps. I would argue that three or two would be better than four - unlike the Pig's reverse traps - your Ripper has the ability to recover their traps, and unlike the Trapper who has no ranged ability - your Ripper does, meaning she must have more restrictions: lower traps, lower ammunition, slower speed etc.

Knifes' trackers sound like they would work well as an addon, rather than base power.

As I've been writing this comment, I realised that I do not understand how the traps would be laid in game mechanics? Would there be a maximum tripwire length? Would you need to perform two separate actions to set each end of the tripwire?

Time bomb addon: does it KILL the survivor or just down them?

The perk with gaining a bloodlust level after a stun is great. Though there are already other perks in game that deal with missed/hit stuns.

@Mockingbird_X I'm not the greatest with ideas and see what your point is. I believe she should have less than 3 as you stated and the tracking should definitely be an add-on. The time bomb add-on will kill the target if not removed. If they are removing it as the timer runs out, it will not kill them. There would be add-ons to make the trip wire length longer or shorter and you would have to set each end of it manually. I really like how you like the bloodlust perk (decently) but I agree with you that it is one of many other perks in the game. Thank you for your feedback! I will work on things like this in the future! :chuffed:
