Anyone feel forced to run certain perks because of bad "luck?"

I dunno what it is, bad luck or biased targeting, but the past 6 Lethal Pursuer Huntresses have all chosen to target me first.

This last match, I held the W button on my controller for two entire laps around the Temple of Purgation map, and this Huntress never backed off even when running past gens at 90%.

I'm throwing on Distortion. This is stupid, sad, and frustrating.

    Is this feeling of hatches always spawning right below last survivors?

    I'll run Small Game or Counterforce as survivor to deal with hex users. I don't run hexes because they're literally perks that survivors can permanently take away from you, and most of them aren't that strong anyway. I also don't know how people get so lucky with them, either having their hexes up the entire match or having it in the most well hidden place on the map. As I said, some hexes aren't even that strong under certain conditions like Ruin/Undying, but these killers seem to get max value every time where I'd get zero in my killer games. It's such a frustrating "worst of both worlds" situation.

    Every match I get tunneled I run DS for at least the next 5 games

    The moment we have Boon:Decisive Strike I'm never entering another lobby without it. As a SoloQ player it's so frustrating to see that 2/3rds of my teammates don't have it when every single match boils down to how fast can the Blight tunnel out the first survivor.

    I'd run DS but I can't hit the skill check on Switch. Even on PS4 it's usually a miss. As long as any form of DS requires a skill check, it's like a PC-only perk for a lot of people.

    Talking about bad luck me and my wife both had games where we spawned inside the killers terror radius in my case it was mother's dwelling and the legion spawned on the other side of a big rock I could see him while the camera was doing the little circle around me
