Was there an increase in noed players?
Typically, as a survivor, i saw noed in one match out of ten. But yesterday, it was rather the opposite. So... did the Nurse killswitch pushed killers towards it? Or was it nothing more than a random thing?

I don't think nurse players use wasteful perk like NOED, if anything, I don't think nurse players use any other killers at all.

probably some big content creator released a "USING NOED TO COLLECT SURVIVOR TEARS" video and people jumped on the idea because being creative is illegal in this community.
or bc that one guy got a noed tattoo and people felt "inspired"

Probably they are trying to farming pips or something by securing one or two more kills? grade reset is few days ago, right?
Oh or, MMR got reset too and you are matching baby killers (which tend to have NOED as that is strongest generic perk)

If it happens over multiple days I'd assume there's a central cause, but if it's just one day it's probably a random coincidence.

There’s a challenge (Which unlocks a story) in the current tome to down 3 exposed survivors while using the Make Your Choice perk in one trial and NOED is one of the easiest ways to do that unless you have Make Your Choice on Myers or something.
There’s also a stun or blind the killer 3 times in one trial challenge which also unlocks part of a story so they’ll likely be more flashlights in matches too.

It was used 90% in all the games I had recently, even before the Nurse bug.
I thought Noed is our new meta.

I don't have a problem with them using it. I was surprised to see so much noed in a row, compared to my usual matchmaking.

I played like 12 matches tonight and 2 of the killers had noed, which seems pretty normal. Both were on nemesis, ironically. First game it was almost immediately removed after the gens were done before we even got the warning and it did nothing; second one got him a 4k with it instead of what probably would’ve been a 3k.

I'd see noed more often than you do (about 3 or 4 out of 10) but I haven't seen it as much lately.

I don’t think it has anything to do with Nurse being disabled. I’m in mid-MMR and I saw an uptick since the end of last year.

I haven't noticed a significant uptick recently.
The NOED rate has remained consistent at around 18% for me.

Yeah, I just used Myers for that. But my sister doesn't own him or Ghostface, so she had to use the NOED method. She tried with Haunted Grounds and Dragon Grip as well, but survivors were just jumping into lockers or unhooking before she could leave. It came down to forcing NOED, purposely walking someone away from the gate and downing them again. They were teabagging as though she didn't have to try her best to keep them alive long enough for NOED to come into play. Rofl.

There is usually something that happens 13th each month with the rank reset. People might be desperate to get the ranking up going..

I know there was a huge spike when boons first dropped, but I feel like that has receded, and I haven't noticed any uptick.
